I believe in working with you to befriend the yoga mat, weight room, home gym or anywhere good, sustainable movement happens. Hi my name is Michelle Spore and I would like to work with you to move well and feel great. I am an active yoga teacher, certified personal trainer, and group and personal fitness instructor.

I personally enjoy quality movement and teaching, and I know you do too. I teach, train and coach people in the sort of exercise that is sustainable for a lifetime. I started CollabFitness in 2015 because I believe in working together for your health and wellness through good movement. Michelle's ability to combine mindfulness and movement in a rewarding and empowered way is one of the many reasons I train with her monthly.

This is a mindful, energizing yet balanced morning class - a perfect way to start your day. We explore the balance between effort and ease in this yoga posture (asana) practice, and ultimately, our lives.
I offer individual personal training and yoga sessions and a high-touch coaching relationship model for my individual services. Everything is created and curated thoughtfully, with you in mind. We are all different and have individual, unique needs, goals and how we approach health, fitness and yoga.
My name is Michelle Spore of CollabFitness + Yoga and I'm very excited to partner with Innova Physical Therapy to offer patients the Sustainable Health Program. Through 1:1 private sessions and my Yoga Fundamentals 4-week Beginner's Yoga class series, this unique yoga and personal training program can be a beneficial next step following physical therapy to maintain and build optimal health.
Whether you're new or returning to yoga, my live yoga classes online will help you begin and evolve your yoga practice safely and dynamically. My YouTube Channel offers the essentials of exercise and yoga, while enjoying movement. These are free yoga and workout videos that take you a long way. Go at your own pace as you experience ancient yogic practices in a modern day context, traditional strength and conditioning training, fitness and more.
I'm Michelle Spore and I am a professional educator, fitness instructor, personal trainer, coach, and active yoga teacher. I help people move well and build their knowledge for exercise and wellness. I provide original 1:1 sessions, 1:1 coaching, and group classes that are professional, engaging and effective for every participant.

I enjoy my zoom yoga classes with CollabFitness - Michelle is an excellent instructor - she has designed the classes in such a way that it is very much accessible to beginners and yet challenging. She helped me transition back into yoga after a long PT battle with back pain and my experience has been great. She is very patient, cares about every student, she calls out and corrects everyone's postures and she takes inputs from everyone and accommodates everyone - Go Michelle!

I'm so happy that I took up 1:1 Yoga sessions with Michelle over a year ago. Yoga, and Michelle's instruction and encouragement, have changed my life. I'm stronger, more flexible and have a much better mind-body connection. She has helped me make Yoga, and exercise in general, into a habit. I really appreciate the preparation time and attention Michelle puts into each Yoga session. She has a specific plan for each lesson and each lesson is part of longer arc helping me on my path to my goals. I look forward to learning more about Yoga and more about myself and my capabilities with Michelle's guidance

I attended a morning Outdoor group class with Michelle. Michelle is so friendly and ready for the morning. She offered options for each movement to meet the abilities of everyone that attended class. She was well organized and offered diverse movement as to not over work one muscle or joint area of the body. I sweat and had fun. Thank you so much for this morning, it was a great start to my day.
