I'm happy with the service and the people I worked with, they were friendly and quick. If I need more work done I will use them, assuming they don't black list me after this review, but I will make sure that I provide any expensive part and not go through them to purchase the part.
My issue is with the cost of the parts, the pressure tank they sold me can be found for $700 at its higher price and in most cases it was selling for $500 or under -- they changed me $900.
I'm more then willing to support local and pay extra for it and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that their wholesaler

These guys were absolutely awesome. I called them on a weekend for an irrigation well pump issue. They told me when they could come out to check it and they called just before showing up. I honestly thought I'd have to replace the costly pump. After 15 maybe 20 minutes they found that a relay was bad on my sprinkler/irrigation system and not the pump. They showed us exactly what we needed and saved us a lot of money. These are honest and straightforward guys who know their stuff. I highly recommend them.

We had our pressure tank and well pump both go bad. These guys came out the same day, ready to fix the problem(s). They know their stuff, got right to it. Took 6 hours (into the night), a ton of work! If you need it done and don't need a bunch of time wasted with "warm fuzzies", these are your guys. Be prepared for them to not waste their time or yours. The price was way under what we expected, too! Great hardworking folks. We could not be more impressed.

We contacted them very late on Sunday night because our water stopped working. The man that answered the phone I could only assume was the owner was very nice and said they had one job in the morning and would come right out. He even called back that night to conferm. They called first thing in the morning and came right out to evaluate the situation. They looked at all the compoents and showed us the blown pump and explained the benifits of the newer pump. He also took the time to explain our water level and asked questions to see if we were having more problems. They were quick to respond and

These people are disgustingly rude and refuse to provide explanations as to why new components are necessary for our well. They were completely unreasonable and essentially demanded we get a new tank without explaining why, then proceeded to harass our tenants. Do not do business with them, they are very unprofessional. We are going with a different company for our well needs and hope these guys can figure out a better way to run their business. A fellow named Mike was extremely vicious and said some terrible things to us about a newly acquired property we needed help with...instead of proving

We have used Boise Valley Pump for 25 years for both our well and irrigation pump at two properties. They have always come right out when we needed them and have been just great. Prices are reasonable and they get the job done ! All of our neighbors use them for well issues too.. Great folks doing a fantastic job ... glad to have them around to call on.
