We had a problem with the water pressure coming from our well. I called American Home Shield in the afternoon and they contacted Treasure Valley Pump (TVP). TVP contacted me the same day and Jack R & Tim arrived in the late afternoon. Both Jack R and Tim were extremely knowledgeable with the kind of system we had. They checked the pump controller and well pump and decided it was the pump. We decided to have them come out the next day, as we still had water, to change out the well pump. After the job was completed they cleaned up the mess created by pulling the pump. They gave me instructions on

In response to a post from Danielle. We came out asap and found the pump shorted out. We quickly replaced the pump, Danielle was not available to visit with and we could not get her on the phone. She had chickens in the the pump vault and chicken mess was every where. We finished the job and chlorinated the well to prevent her and her family from sickness form the chicken mess. We discussed this with her mother and left purging instructions. Her mother graciously paid the bill and we were on out way. Danielle called me and asked about the chlorination and I explained to her about the bacteria that

Really not to thrilled. They came out because my pump they put in less than a year ago burnt out. Came out quick which was nice. But they didn't let me know anything going on. I had to contiously call them. Which I had 4 different numbers. Then they bleached the well without my consent. So left me in a bind because I have animals I can't water and will have to have water hauled in. So almost 500 for the labor which they demanded from my mom who just had surgery, instead of calling me to get the payment. I will now have to have water hauled in because we can't seem to get rid of the bleach the levels
