This place is GREAT! I couldn't be happier. I had to have repair work done after a wreck. They arranged for me to be picked up for a rental when dropping off my car, they got everything done very quickly, the work looks perfect, and the car was returned clean and spotless. Very nice and friendly staff also. I HIGHLY recommend!

Everything was fixed as promised and they went beyond that by telling me how the previous place didn’t fix my vehicle right and they made sure everything was done properly this time. I loved how they were in constantly communication with me. I’m so happy with Fix at Wreck for the amazing job they did! I would totally recommend this place!

My car looks brand new! People in Austin need to learn to drive. Thank God for John and his crew! When they were done, you couldn't even tell I'd been rear ended by an idiot.

John and his team are awesome! They took such great care of my baby! I appreciate their attention to detail, and the follow through that I received. They worked seemlessly with my insurance. Even my rental was handled, and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes either of the times I was there. I highly recommend Fix-a-Wreck. I will be going back for any of my body shop needs!

This place was amazing. Is amazing. My car was fixed within a week. The guys there are extremely nice. They are willing to help you and explain things to you that's you might not understand with your insurance. if you don't know something they will break it down for you like this is what this means this is what that means Etc.

I HIGHLY recommend Fix-A-Wreck! From the moment I walked in to drop my car off till the moment I left (about a week later) with a repaired car, I had great experiences with FAW. John, the owner, was communicative, patient, and thorough in his explanations of the damages & corrections that needed to be (and were done) and checked in to let me know how the repairs were coming along. They were exceptionally kind, are knowledgeable, and were very helpful. My goal is to not need to come back, but if I do—I will undoubtedly be back.

And Fix A Wreck they did! And we're not talking typical body shop standards. Remember what it was like to drive off the dealership parking lot? THAT good. The good folks at FAW kept their word. By all means feel free to view the bullnosed 2500 pic I posted. Once they received my truck and had time to inspect her, they called and broke it down. Very professional. Mr. Carmody and the FAW outfit returned a truck that brought back that "drive off the lot" feeling. It's a damn good feeling to know that I put my trust in a handshake and it went as planned. We have brought 2 of our cars into this shop on two different occasions and each time the car came back looking like it was new. I could not tell and still cannot tell the car was in a wreck. Details often overlooked by other places were not missed and I really that type of craftsmanship. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Fix a Wreck to all my friends and family.

I when in for a quote on 2/8 for a small body repair which I have gotten 2 others quotes when I came into their shops.
When I came to this place Mike took pictures and my phone and email address and told me he would send them to me 5 days later I called and spoke to Mike:Michael and he said he would have it to me later that day today is 2/19 no word not sure how they get business certainly not mine.

Well, I've taken by beloved ZCar for paint work several times in the past and had good experiences. One year they got best body work in a local magazine, which I think was the dawn of their demise. The quality of their work has noticeably tarnished over time. Their last meager attempt was shotty at best and will be their last debit from my checkbook.
