My fairly new SmartPhone operation went ballistic. Verizon Store could not fix it. I called a search for Smart Phone Repair, firts listing was only two blocks from me. Rode my bike to see it before the net day after work, and I could not find a sign for it on the windows. SO, I looked up at work the next day and noticed that it was miles from me but on the way home, so take Android phone to him today.

I had a front and back glass on my iPhone that needed to be replaced. I took it to Smartphone repair and Shervin was able to repair my phone pretty quickly. Because the back glass of the phone was also cracked, it took an extra day for the part to come in.
The phone works great and will definitely go back for other repairs if needed.

Ok. I normally don't leave bad yelp reviews. But I feel like I have to with this guy. He's a sloppy mess. His shop is a mess. I let all that slide at first because I was in a hurry. He said he can fix my phone in one hour. My face recognition was not working. I came back in an hour and he said he needs more time for parts. So pick it up tomorrow at 11am. I came at 11am the next day and he said come back at 1pm. I came back at 1pm. My face recognition wasn't fixed but now my camera doesn't work period. He said he needs more time. I said no thank you. I need my phone

Shervin is a hacker! I went in for an iPad screen repair. Left with a non-functioning Home Button (which worked perfectly, when I left) and he convinced me to enter my password, while he watched me. Got home and my iPad is completely hacked into. When using, it appears someone is hitting keys and controlling it, remotely. His office looks like he's living out of it. That should have been my first clue, but I was in a hurry. Thought it was weird that he asked for my home address to deliver the iPad to, when finished. Now, I have filed a police report.

Update: I still have not received my invoice. For all reading this review, I need an invoice to submit my warranty claim for repair.
Notes:
1. Shervin will rush you off the phone consistently if he does not want to communicate with you - Very Unprofessional.
2. I do not need to come to the business to get an invoice, it can be emailed to me. I was appalled that he asked me to remove my review without fixing the situation.
Solution:
1. Return my money as you have not provided an invoice for service.
2. Provide an official invoice. (An official invoice contains: Invoice number, business address

I have visited Shervin and his business for over four years at two locations. He has helped in the replacement and repair of three of my phones, my daughter’s and my son. He has referred me to professionals when he could not provide the specific service for my phone. I again have problems with both my iPad and iPhone and Smartphone Repair is where I do my business

I have always purchased reliable phone protective cases because I know I often fumble my phone and watch it fly through the air in slow motion before it lands on the sidewalk. My wife prefers a cute cover that doesn't really protect. She recently dropped her iPhone on the patio and cracked the glass into a wonderful mosaic pattern. This repair shop was nearby so we gave it a try.
We called and were told we could come by during certain hours to drop the phone off at their office. The repair guy was friendly and let us know this would be a cash transaction (the price was quite reasonable)

I work near by and I promised my daughter that I would fix her phone! Well my time came up and a promise is a promise so I needed to get her phone fixed PRONTO! So I yelped what IPhone repair was near by and I found this place! I'm so happy I did the owner Shervin is super nice and very helpful even willing to drop it off at my work how accommodating! Wow! Whatever you do, AVOID this place! Incompetent, incompetent, incompetent.
So I was having issues with my Galaxy S7's battery not lasting as long as it should have. Since I want to keep this phone for at least another year, I figured I would just get it replaced. I saw this place on Yelp and even though it had a couple one star reviews, overall it has high reviews and it was super close to work, so no problem! I should have listened to the one star reviews!
First off, let me just say, I give him a call and scheduled a time to come in, and BOTH times, he wasn't there and I had to leave

WOW where to even begin.
1) I have messages where they quoted me $60. And Screenshots where they knew I was coming in at a certain time. I work HARD for my money and sacrificed my lunch break and gas to drive over there.
2) The guy photographed in the Yelp page told me his name was "Tom" (bleach blonde hair; long nails; drives a white chevy) and that I spoke with Sherwin who didn't let him know that I was coming in at 12pm. How Strange because when I called the same number I texted that I was coming in at 12pm - It was "Tom" who answered.
3) He tells me it's going

This guy is not only professional but also pleasant to deal with. My phone was beyond repair according to the Apple Store in mission viejo shops... How wrong they were. Not only did this guy fix my phone but he also did it cheaper than the Apple Stores quote for a new iPhone 6s!
Also as a woman I often do not feel confident going into tech stores and often feel that I am being taken advantage of, for the first time in a long time I was treated like an equal, he didn't talk down to me, rather he explained what was wrong with my phone and gave me an exact quote before he undertook repairs.
