Services
To serve as a source of healing, hope, and education to individuals struggling with substance use disorder or mental illness through streamline access to care targeted to achieve patient well-being. To be the behavioral health provider of choice, providing innovative individualized approaches to achieve the highest quality of care.
If you believe that you might have a mental health disorder, it can be frightening to ask for help. However, until you receive a mental health assessment, you will not know with certainty if you do or do not. A mental health assessment is a measuring stick that mental health professionals use to make a professional diagnosis of any mental illness.
Mental health assessments and psychiatric evaluations are both common mental health tools. Psychiatric evaluations are given in two of our facilities in Arizona: Sun City and Surprise. It can help you avoid time spent in waiting rooms and the frustration of starting over again when you leave. Living with untreated, troubling mental health conditions isn't your only option.
Those patients who struggle with the most severe mental illnesses will often benefit from the intensive therapeutic environment provided by inpatient residential treatment. There, the patient will receive round-the-clock care and therapy to help them recover mentally-and if needed, physically, from their diagnosis.
Those who spent time recovering in a residential treatment center face a crossroads when it is time to leave the comfortable and therapeutic environment of the program. You have choices that range from going into outpatient counseling to extending your time in the inpatient center. But for many, the most logical next step falls in the middle-in a partial hospitalization program.

This is 100% honest review. I want to give a huge thanks to Emerald Isle for my recovery. If anyone is interested in receiving treatment in-patient, consider this company. My experience might've been different than others but I have to be honest, they helped me tremendously. I was on my last leg and falling apart. I was dealing with alcoholism, suicidal ideology and severe depression. I went from ER to rehab to this treatment center. I was scared and didn't know what to do. They made sure my entrance was comfortable. I needed my blood thinner medication and I was a high risk for getting a blood

I was at the hope house which is co ed and they always made me feel safe and had a no tolerance policy to any threats or unsafe roommates. The staff is very dedicated and alot of them have been through the same things and are in long term recovery. I took so much away from the program and suggest anyone to stay as long as you can to get the most out of the program. Freddy,Jeaine and Ryder where so dedicated to my recovery and I'll never forget all the love and support I got from them. Barb the nurse is a God send she is phenomenal. ❤

My fiancé was sent to the Hope House recovery home. He enjoyed the roommates and the therapists that they had provided. However because my fiancé is vocal when he does not agree with some of the things they had in placed. Such as bed time not being allowed to have a cigarette at 2 am because the caregivers are loud and not respectful of patients they have asleep or be allowed to go outside to help caregivers do laundry pass Curfew. Or to be a caregiver and be ALLOWED to FaceTime your daughter and show them a patient sleeping ( which violates HIPPA). Or to be a caregiver with only 9 months of

The out patient therapy (evenings) was not exactly what I expected. Within my first 45 days, management went through 5 therapist. We were never notified of a change in staff (therapist), nor given any explanation, prior to or thereafter, as to why this scenario was reoccurring.
Self discharged this morning. The employee who answered couldn't have cared less when I instructed him to discharge me, citing the management issues. Took less then 30 sec ...and done.

Emerald Isle saved my family member's life. I found out about Emerald Isle through another mental health care provider. This was the only AZ facility on their recommended list of top 5 residential treatment facilities for treating mental illness that was covered by my insurance and in-network. The others were out of state. After 30 days of treatment, my family member left the residential treatment facility a completely different person. The staff is excellent, hands on, communicative, and very caring. I highly recommend Emerald Isle if you or your loved one needs a residential setting for healing
