1. He avoids your calls if you're a difficult patient.
2. Changed the prices on procedures without your knowledge.
3. At my first appointment, I asked if they took my insurance, and he said, "no," and six months later, I got a statement from my insurance saying he requested funds for my root canal. I spoke to my insurance and let them know I didn't authorize the transaction. I talked to the office manager, and sure enough, they charged my insurance, and I paid out of pocket for my root canal!! His response......Sorry about that, and you can use

It’s been almost TWO years now since my procedure began…he was supposed to give me full denture implants and I had to pay him upfront $33,000 which I did! My procedure still hasn’t been completed and he will not return my texts or calls! Something is wrong with him! BEWARE and go to another dentist!!! I’m going to hire my parents attorneys! I’m also going to look into how I can get his medical license taken away!!! He doesn’t deserve to have a license in the medical/caring field! He’s a total disgrace!

Dr Kramer and his staff have an excellent relationship between themselves and their clients.. I am going through some intense surgery at this time on a very high level and I am always relieved in a good way when i leave Dr Kramer's office because i know he and his team worked so efficiently to get the surgery done with the least amount of time and pain expended and at the same time first and foremost giving me the highest quality of attention and care during my surgery. The staff and equipment they use is of the highest quality as well.

Dr. Kramer has completed four implants for me previously and several zirconia crowns recently. All of them are functional and look beautiful. Dr. kramer always sets high standards for himself and endeavors to achieve them. He is a skilled dental specialist with 30+ years of experience.

Dr. Kramer is very competent and experienced. He has a great chairside manner and made the procedures as comfortable and painless as possible.
All of his supporting staff are terrific as well. The office is equipped with all the latest technology including a CT scan. I would recommend him strongly to anyone in need on a dental implant.

Dr Kramer and his team are simply amazing! I had an implant performed and was quite nervous about the entire procedure. I had met with several implant specialists, and decided on Dr. Kramer. He explained the entire procedure and how long it would take to obtain an optimal result. His dentists assistant(s) are very knowledgeable and friendly. I simply HATE getting impressions, and this was the first time I didn't gag and didn't experience the awful seeping normally happens! The result look great and I couldn't be happier!

So, I came in with an emergency chipped tooth. I couldn't find anyone for a week out until I connected to Dr. Kramer. His honesty was real. He went over the options and let me decide. He broke it down for me in order for me not to waste money and left the decision up to me. I appreciated not being ripped off.

Dr. Kramer is an amazing dentist for implants; and painless. His dental assistants are also helpful and friendly. I was very particular about selecting the right specialist to do my implants. My wife had a very bad experience with a totally different dentist at another practice (Dr. Wilson) and several of her implants have failed! Dr. Kramer took the time to explain what was needed in my situation and that meant a lot to me. He is VERY meticulous about his work and very reasonably priced compared to others. If you need implants or crowns, I would highly recommend Dr. Kramer!

Dr. Kramer is an artist trapped inside a dentist's body. He looks at your smile like it's a diamond in the rough and then goes to work methodically shifting your teeth into the smile he's envisioned. In under a year, you're done.

I was lucky enough to find an advertisement in the OC Register for this doctor. I have a broken veneer & They got me in quickly and were very friendly. The price is extremely reasonable, and they give you a thorough plan. Everyone I spoke to was extremely patient and very helpful to me. They focused on what I asked for rather than upselling me as I have run into before elsewhere. 5 Stars, would recommend to friends.

I am currently being treated by Dr Kramer for (wait for it) 4 implants and posts, 7 crowns an extraction and bone graft and several other procedures including finishing the work of a very expensive periodontist. Needless to say I did my due diligence here because I have spent a small fortune in the past with root canals, bridges crowns, implants and such.. So I shopped around a bit and l knew I would practically have to pay for a new car here but gladly and surprisingly I discovered with Dr Kramer instead of having to get a Mercedes I only needed to buy a Toyota.

I've never been to the dentist before in my life. My parents always thought it was a waste of money growing up, but I decided to go for the first time recently. They discovered I had severe gum disease and my teeth were at risk of falling out and explained why my gums bled every time I brushed them. Dr. Kramer fixed me up and made my first experience a wonderful one and I've been going back ever since!

I hated going to the dentist before coming to Dr.Kramer.
He is funny and easy to talk to. His dental hygienist Lily is thorough. She's beautiful and easy to talk to as well. I usually dread cleanings but I'm always excited to see her.
I was juggling school and work, so it's hard to keep up with my visits. Mark made it easy for me by scheduling me during the weekends. When I met him, I had horrible gums and teeth. Both has improved tremendously. All four of my wisdom teeth were removed by him and we planned to take one out at a time, so that I could still go to work and function
