Dr. Ghayoumi received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1994. Always expanding her educational foundation, Dr. Ghayoumi attended an extensive three year program at University of Southern California from 1999-2002 to specialize in dental implantology and periodontology.
In her postgraduate studies, she mastered techniques in soft and hard tissue surgery, periodontal plastic surgery, dental implants, surgical extractions, bone grafts, and sinus lifts.Dr. Ghayoumi has made significant achievements above and beyond the mandatory educational requirements in her specialty.

Madeline graduated from UCLA with a bachelor degree in psychobiology. Her primary responsibilities are greeting patients and scheduling appointments as well as insurance and treatment coordinating. She is a very friendly and caring person who enjoys talking with the patients which makes you feel welcomed.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ghayoumi for periodontal services. I had a very tricky gum graft done on my lower front teeth where the frenulum was pulling. Another periodontist spent time telling me how it wouldn't really be very doable. She simply got it done. Of course, the recovery wasn't painless (no surgeries are), but Dr. Ghayoumi was very patient with direct contact to her cell phone when I had questions or concerns. I never had to wait in her office. I'm not an easy customer, and I've only written maybe one other review in my life.

The assistants, hygienist and of course dr. Ghayoumi are wonderful.
It is not easy to go for any dental work but their caring, honesty and attention to detail when explaining the work ease the process.
The front office is always open and ready to work and go over the charges and coverage for the insurance so no financial surprises will arise.
I highly recommend this practice.

I would like to give some appreciation to the receptionist who helped me so much before and during my visit. The hygienist in the office is wonderful as well, very supportive and knowledgeable. Amazing periodontist with an equally amazing office staff! One feels welcomed and I was always greeted by name whether I called or entered the waiting room. Dr. Ghayoumi is a skilled professional who is warm and reassuring and always concerned about patient comfort. She takes time to educate you on your dental care. The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff especially the dental assistant, Sylvia made me feel like family. Dr Nooshin called me almost every day, early morning even on Saturday and Sunday to check up on me and how I was doing, without a hesitation, she invited me to her office on a Saturday to check up on the implant. She followed up with the next morning which was a Sunday and once I told her that I was doing ok, she invited me back to her office and took care of my implant. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I wish I knew their names. One of them answers the phone and the other one is a dental assistant. They both are super sweet and helpful!

I got an implant for my front tooth (9- central incisor) which one of the hardest implants to do. The thing was, it didn't feel like the hardest one at all because Dr. Nooshin was able to execute the procedure easily while maintaining a positive atmosphere. I had a dark and receded gumline on my front tooth to the point where my implant on that tooth was slightly showing. Dr. Ghayoumi gave me an honest assessment to tell me how complicated a procedure to correct this would be. She was willing to take on my case but made sure I understood that there were no guarantees. I appreciated her realistic approach and willingness to listen to all my concerns. The night before the surgery she went out of her way to find a screw needed for the next day that my dentist could not.

I had to get an implant and after much search and getting various dentist opinions and reading reviewed on Yelp, and Google found Dr. Ghayoumi.
I was very impressed with her level of experience. As a patient you feel like she does implants in her sleep. She is efficient, quick, detailed, does high quality work, on time, and is very professional.
It took a few months to do the implant, let the bone heal and finalize it with a crown.
The implant did not have much room and was very close to my sinuses. Dr Ghayoumi perfectly placed in the unit missing my sinus.

Dr. Ghayoumi and her staff are EXCELLENT! I needed an extraction, bone graft and implant over a year ago. She and her team took great care of me. I can now "chew away" without thinking about it. I continue to go back for after-care, cleanings, and perio-maintenance to maintain the results (which I think is really important). They have a really nice office and they keep it quite clean. I make the drive from up in LA county because of the care I receive here. You are made to feel comfortable from the front office to the back. Several years ago my longtime dentist and current hygienists recommended that I began looking for a good periodontist as I have loose teeth, receding gums and a good deal of bone loss. I had my gum graft surgery a couple of months ago by the wonderful Dr Ghayoumi and her amazing staff. The entire experience was exceptional and very professional. From the assessment meeting to the surgery dates to the follow up check ups, I felt completely comfortable and safe in the hands of Dr Ghayoumi. I was referred to Dr. Ghayoumi by my general dentist for Implant and bone graph surgery. She is wonderful, very professional and willing to go the extra mile to make your experience the best she can. She has the best chair side manner, is top is her field and takes the time necessary to answer all questions and concerns. In addition, her staff follow her example and went out o their way to make my experience a pleasant one. The main reason I dislike going to a dentist or anyone in a related field. Dr. Ghayoumi has completely changed me. She is so delicate and so skilled! I started seeing Dr. Ghayoumi a little over a year ago. With all of my dental issues, I was always afraid of dentists and they always called in a specialist to give me a second opinion. I had a bone loss in my front lower two teeth and my dentist told me that he needs to extract both front teeth. I as a patient asked him to consult with a fellow dentist who was also working at the same clinic. Both doctors recommended the extraction of the two teeth. I refused to accept their recommendation. I was then referred to a periodontics clinic,There I got the same answer .
