Dr. Daniel Hsu and Dr. Jeffrey Nguyen are both dual degreed oral surgeons with exceptional training from some of the top institutions in the world including Columbia University, UCLA, and the University of Connecticut.

At Irvine Oral Surgery, we have created a world-class oral surgery practice in Orange County specializing in a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth and facial region. Extensive training is the cornerstone to providing exceptional care to our patients. Dr. Hsu & Dr. Nguyen underwent six additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training to become oral and maxillofacial surgeons.
Dr. Jeffrey Nguyen is a native of California. He was born and raised in San Jose and attended UC Davis where he earned a bachelor degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from the College of Biological Sciences. He then matriculated and earned his dental surgery degree from the prestigious UCLA School of Dentistry.
Dr. Yun is a board-certified anesthesiologist with over 20 years of experience. He obtained his M.D. with Honors from the University of Southern California, and completed his post-graduate training at the UCLA Center for Health Sciences. He is a Lecturer at the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Clinical Professor at the Western University of Health Sciences, and an Expert Consultant and Examiner for the Dental Board of California.

I am always nervous when have dental work done. My experience with Dr.Jeffrey Nguyen and his staff was wonderful. Everything was explained to me first and I felt very much at ease. After the procedure the staff checked to see how I was doing and all I could do was say thank you. I had no pain and no problems.

Sincere thanks to talented, and truly amazing doctor Daniel Hsu. It's worth to note that he is excellent leader. His team is highly professional. Surprisingly, I felt no pain even after surgery. I expected the pain and swelling after surgery, but this was not the case. Doctor Daniel Hsu did excellent job.

This place is seriously amazing. Extremely respectful, courteous and my doctor took the time to give me a well articulated explanation as to what would be happening to me. He was very patient, allowed me to express my questions and concerns and the best part is, 24 hours after my operation operation I exhibited zero discomfort!! (Keep in mind I have no recollection of the entire operation due to sedation so I did not have any pain at all while being operated on as well.) This place is amazing and rate it 100/10!! Thank you so much for helping me!!

My experience with Dr. Hsu was the best Dental experience I’ve had. He is the best. He was professional, and the service he performed did not result in any pain as it normally would.
His office equipment is updated and very clean.

Irvine Oral Surgery is very thorough on the information they share with surgery patients and have all recovery information ready after procedures. They make sure to always ask during the procedure if all is ok and they explain every step along the way if local anesthesia is selected option by the patient. Recommend this location for oral surgery because there are no surprises as they explain everything before, during and after all procedures, and they are very clean and the office is very friendly. Also they are very professional and follow up after procedures to make sure all is ok.

Dr Hsu and staffs were wonderful!
My father had tooth ache and he was admitted on the same day. Dr Hsu was very patient to answer all my questions before the surgery. His administrative person went over the charges clearly. His nurses were also very kind to provide all the information needed before and for after surgery care.
Although my dad still experienced pain at the beginning due to inflammation, the overall experience was quick and smooth. My father did not feel the pain or lost much bloods afterwards.
I highly recommend others to see dr Hsu and his staffs for their dental issues.
