Zero stars. Probably the most unprofessional service I’ve ever encountered. Getting NL County Septic to simply do what they said they’d do has proven impossible. As a result, the closing on our house has had to be pushed many times now and has been delayed months. We’re effectively homeless because of NL County’s ineptitude. Avoid at all costs.

We used NL County Septic to move our septic system to the front yard- a complete new system, including re-routing all plumbing, and demo of the old. We could not be happier with the quality of work. They left both the front and back yard better than they found it. You will not be disappointed!

We needed a new septic and leech field. From the beginning when Todd (owner) explained precisely what we needed and how it would be completed to the end of the job we found everyone to be professional, hard working and on time. The logistics of trucks bringing in equipment and material were on time thus not allowing any down time. Christy and Dave were courteous and very dedicated workers. Office personel were extremely helpful on answering all my questions.We HIGHLY recommend this company. If needed we would use again.

We couldn’t be happier with the job that NLCS did for us! We had an old septic system (built in the 1950’s) that needed complete replacement. Todd and his team, in consultation with Ledge Light, put together a great plan for our brand new engineered system. Once the work started, they were there everyday from 8-5 until the job was finished. The project took 1 week from start to finish. We were most impressed with how neatly they worked, and their attention to detail in terms of ensuring our yard would look it’s best once the install was complete. Hands down the best decision we have made for a company to work on our fixer upper. We are getting ready to put the house on the market and needed to replace a cesspool with a standard septic system, so basically a new system from scratch. I called several companies for quotes and although each and every one of them were very responsive and knowledgeable we went with our gut feeling and chose Todd. I am always skeptical when I have to hire a contractor to do the work they proposed but the product they delivered far exceeded what was written in the scope. As a home owner It is usually a major chore to keep everyone on the primary scope but it soon turned into a role reversal. New London County's experience saved me from many issues that would have cost me major mental and financial pain in the later stages of the project.
