I we t to buy my son a twin bed on Monday august 30th 2021 and had to take it back Wednesday sept 1st 2021. The sales man on Monday was very nice and told me I could return it or upgrade then I showed up Wednesday they had a rude unprofessional sales man that really didn't want to help us or try to get us what we wanted he was very rude. Finally the lady working came to help us and was very professional to the point that she made everything fine but that man working there needs to be fired. As far as going to buy another bed their I will have to pass.

Ordered August 7th. Promised delivery by September 10th, now I'm told I have to wait until August. AND I'm not even getting the product I ordered because they screwed that up and are trying to use small-print to force me to get furniture styles Indid not choose.
All that aside, this furniture was supposed to arrive before the wedding. Guess that's not happening? Thanks for being part of making a new marriage even more of a pain in the a$$.

When i walked into billy bobs i was the only customer along side my mother we were not greeted at all and the manager was very unhelpful and did not meet our needs what so ever. we asked about dining table sets and what he had and he pointed to the few dining tables and did not even ask us what type or finish we were wanting as if he didn't care to make any type of sell that day or wanting to offer any exceptional

After a half hour drive I always seem to find the entire store is on vacation. Everyone. The entire staff. At the same time. Happened to me three times now. Once I showed and someone was there. Found a basic foam mattress for nearly 2K. Just order online. I wish I could stop working a month every six months.

I found what I needed quickly and with the help of a nice salesman. I got a great price on a new mattress and box springs. They delivered by mattress and box springs on the day it was promised. Due to COVID-19 they will either put your purchase inside your front door, or as I requested, they put them in the garage and I took them in. Yesterday was the fourth time I've purchased a bed from the guys at Billy Bob's are they're just Great! Mike and his team have given me excellent deals and service every time I've been there and the quality of the mattresses can't be beat. This place is HORRIBLE. I went in for a queen mattress for my daughter. I had seen some amazing prices online so I figured, why not go look. The ones advertised were not comfortable. I brought up a Macy's ad and asked if they could match it. NOPE! Ok...
Went to Macy's, bought one on special, and it will be delivered for 20 bucks!

Just paid a visit to both of bobs furniture stores and I am very happy we chose to pay them a visit. My husband and I just moved to San Antonio from Orange County CA and needed to furnish our new studio. Angel was very patient and helpful when it came to making a well informed purchase. I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped us at Bobs other store but he was also very helpful and patient. Both men took their time to help secure the best prices for our furniture to keep us with in budget. I'll add photos of our new furniture once we're completely moved in. Bottom line

I've always hated shopping for beds but Carolina from Billy Bob's Beds changed that for me. She was very helpful in selecting the right bed for me without upselling to something I didn't need.
Aside from the actual purchase experience I would also like to praise the delivery service. They got here when they said they would and brought everything upstairs.
I've read some of the negative comments and honestly don't understand what their expectations are... Maybe they missed the pushy sales experience and the sense of superiority they might feel after paying too much

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bad customer care is a huge sign to STOP! Two years ago I went here to buy what I hoped would be a quality mattress and box spring. The sales people were incredibly rude and completely inattentive but I needed something comfortable. I spent OVER $300 on a "quality" twin mattress made of "high quality" memory foam that I imagined would last at least 5-7 years. I'm a small woman and weigh less that 140 lbs, year round, dropping to 125-130 at my yearly low point. In other words I am not "too much" for the product. I ignored the utter rudeness and

I bought a firm queen size mattress last year with a guarantee of 10yrs well after two weeks of usage there was already a permanent dip which in time got really bad and began hurting my back so last week I turned the mattress 180 degrees and within the one week another dip in already noticeable. Unlike other stores in order to return the mattress you must have the original receipt and you are responsible for returning the mattress yourself. Other stores will send a representative or ask you send photos of the dip which is very obvious, but NOT Billy Bobs Bed. I don't have a truck and to get

We walked in, a very polite man greated us, asked what we were looking for. Showed us about 4 or 5 options, and let us be. We made up our mind, got 100 bucks off a serta matress...

My Elderly Mother bought a brand new living room set and bed room set. The delivery was two weeks late and her night stand was missing...paid extra for the set up and they left all the boxes in the driveway....so my 66 year old dad got to break up boxes... I have had nothing but good experiences here. The people who work here are nice, knowledgeable and quick to help. I bought a mattress and sheets for my 16 year son. They told me which is a better quality for the right price. Don't get me wrong they have some cheap awful beds here but they have too. They need to have a wide selection. If you allow the sales associates to help you they will get you a good deal and they will answer all of the questions you have.
My advice is do not go for the cheapest bed because they are horrible. Wait for the sales and then go.

It's not a high end place. Just good products at reasonable prices. It reminds me of a thrift store but the products are new. They don't allow kids on the beds, drinks, candy, or food inside. So maybe don't bring unruly children.
They will tie your mattress to your roof for $4 bucks. It's a pretty good deal. However, the young guy in charge told his subordinate to make sure they tie it good cuz the last one (some other guy tied) fell off. So if you trust yourself, maybe bring your own cord and DIY. Either way, we saved some money and we're taking the surface

The sales process was smooth however, the delivery service was AWFUL. Delivery guy didn't even waited for me to unwrap the furniture to verify it. He rudely said, it was a drop off and left. Furniture was stained!!! Went to the store to complain with pictures. Front desk associate asked me very disinterested: So, what do yoy want me to do? Never confirmed the time frame to deliver the day before and staff is nice only when selling. Delivery time after sell almost a month. This people are just horrible to deal with. Don't buy there!!!!!

I did a lot of research before we finally decided to come to Billy Bob's as my grandparents had just recently purchased one of their advertised "159$ for a Queen pillow-top" beds. We were looking for a firm, Queen sized bed with a box spring and a bed frame. We noticed immediately that they had a decent selection and were excited to try out the beds and take one home that day.
Yes, they have amazingly affordable prices for name-brand beds and we walked out with an entirely new, comfortable bed (and 1,500 thread count sheets for 30$) for roughly 500$ which they then loaded and tied
