I recently purchased a mattress from New Braunfels Mattress and as always I was very happy with the level of service and knowledge of the staff member (Jay) who helped me in my decision.

I had the best experience at New Braunfels Mattress Co... I wasn't quite sure what kind of mattress I was needing but they were very helpful and very knowledgeable in all the different selections. They let me look around and take it as long as I needed and were there to answer any questions that I had. They definitely can work within your budget to get a quality mattress. Overall a nice experience and Mr. Ortiz was very professional and helpful. They held the mattress set until ready to have it delivered. Jay helped me with a delivery date and time and also very helpful and professional. I would recommend this company and it's the second set I have purchased from them.

Rowdy and team saved the day!!! Our day started out incredibly disappointing when a DIFFERENT store cancelled our mattress delivery and said they could not get our purchase here for another week. After a five min phone call with Rowdy and a quick trip to the store, we had a brand new (even better) mattress and our old ones hauled away in less than 90 mins. Made me incredibly pleased to shop local! <3
