Kelsey is the best salesperson that I have ever worked with. She went out of her way to help my 97 year old mother-in-law get the mattress she wanted at a great price. Loved my experience at this factory mattress. I went in to get a feel of the Nectar mattress I had been eyeing and luckily, they had one in stock. Marc made it super easy to take it home and was very friendly and welcoming!
Edit: Everything went well the day I bought the mattress but despite letting the sales person know I was moving, the incorrect address was used for billing/financing. I called for help with an account number but I was told to just call Wells Fargo. The person on the other end could not get rid of me quicker. I just found out my payment was late, even though the recommended

The salesperson Marc is great at talking about the different mattresses and is very helpful. I returned all my orders from an online mattress company because the company is not local. My online experience was horrible due to 3 wrong shipping addresses and it took a month to get it because of back-order.
I highly advise you not to order online from the mattress company because of the warranty and pick-up issues. I highly recommend supporting local businesses in your town for rapid delivery and an excellent warranty. They will go and pick up your mattress if there is an issue without any question

Marc, the sales associate was fantastic. From the moment he walked in, we were greeted with a friendly welcome. Marc, displayed his expertise and placed us on a bed in order to determine what mattress would be best. We were up front with our budget and Marc got us a mattress that was not only affordable to us but of quality. Marc possessed a lot of knowledge and humor and provided a great buying experience. I never knew I could have so much fun buying a mattress!!!

Excellent customer service and experience. Both gentlemen working were very kind to me, my wife and kids. There were no pushy sales to buy the highest price mattress and they were more concerned with our comfort and sleep than making money. They were very understanding and let us try out multiple mattresses after we found the kind that we would need for comfort and support. Never once did they try to push us to buy anything but just checked to make sure that we had our questions answered and we knew what we were looking at in order to make the best informed decision that we could. Would recommend
