Before any work is done our knowledgeable technicians will assess the damage on your vehicle and give you and/or your insurance company a complete and written estimate of work. This will include transparent pricing and time to complete. All damaged parts will be taken off, as well as the damaged layers of paint.

Update: These issues are now resolved. We found a mutually acceptable resolution.
Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have had with a “professional” company. First off it took 22 days. It was a 3-4 day job. I had to ask almost daily what was going on. They offered no apologies just a “cars got damaged by the ice storm.” They won’t call me back, they destroyed my rear window gasket and got overspray inside my truck on my rear seats, my truck bed, and inside my bed liner. Usually this type of work is reserved for alcoholics and tweakers. I would let you know but they haven’t

Only one star because I have to select a star to leave a review. Do not go to them. Due to delays they had my vehicle for over a month when the initial estimate was about 2 weeks. They did not communicate with me updates or status of my vehicle as promised. I made a trip 3 hours to pick up my vehicle only to be told that it wasn’t going to be ready for another week which turned out to be two. Once I was able to pick up my vehicle, it appeared to be leaking. They checked it and told me it was fine. Driving home, my vehicle overheated and left me stranded. I was kind of skeptical about this place from the reviews I had read. I backed my 2020 Toyota Corolla hybrid into a cement wall and was recommended by capital Toyota to take it here for repair! I am very particular about my new car and wanted it done right! I got it back and looked at it and I can’t tell where it was fixed! Looks great! Let’s hope I don’t have to go here again because I got careless, but if I do i know they will take care of my car and do it right!

Dropped my car early Friday morning per schedule. No call made to me close to closing time until I called. I was told my car was at Subaru and probably won't be ready until Monday because Subaru couldn't fix a problem. I only found out because I called. No help as to a loaner car or anything. I called Subaru and was told there was no problem, it was just that my car was dropped off late by Collision Center but they would have it ready Saturday.
I never got a follow up call from Collision Center on Monday. I had to locate my own car and arrange for service.

The people at Capitol Collision were terrific.Throughout the entire repair process they communicated every couple of days on the progress. They went above and beyond to fix everything, even a dent in my back bumper that was extra. They were super nice, professional and did a great job. I feel like I have a new car!

Maira Castro was a Godsend & helped us quickly, professionally, & was very pleasant to deal with. We were so frustrated with the company that we were initially dealing with, as it had already been a week with our back window being shattered in our truck, and they still couldn't seem to find a new window. It only took Maira literally 5 minutes & we had an appointment scheduled for our replacement window. To say the least, she alleviated a lot of stress off of my husband's shoulders, as this is his work truck & he was having to put in & take out his tools every single

I've had two cars in for repairs here. If you are using insurance, this would be the place to go. A bit pricey if you pay out of pocket. Quality is good. Anywhere you get your car fixed, you HAVE to inspect every square inch of your vehicle so I found a few minor reworks but overall experience was good. My interactions with staff and getting a loaner was great as well.

The people who work at the Capitol Auto Group Collision Center, were so nice and patient with my problem. I was driving my girlfriend's car there looking to see what could be done about some door damages as the result of car doors being opened on her driver's side door. There was red and blue paint plus damage to her door's protective strip. It was ugly, the damages that people do to other people's cars!
The manager himself buffed out all of the paint scratches and painted over the damaged areas needing touching up all around the whole car! He made the damaged areas look like

Absolute sham! I got in a car accident last year and the insurance company sent me here. This company made agreements in writing and still failed to uphold them. I continued to make calls and went back multiple times for 2 months after everything was supposedly fixed and made the mistake of finally getting so frustrated that I gave up entirely. All I got were empty words or outright ignored. They knew absolutely nothing when I asked questions too. This business should be shut down; incredibly disgusting customer service and failed job and agreements.

If you are OK with not having a car for 3 and a half weeks, take your car here. I only had a small dent on drivers door and some scratches from a hit and run. When I first took it in to them, they said, "the other shops will take 2 weeks plus to have the car done, we will only take 4 days". So I called after not hearing anything on the fourth day, and they said it would be ready next week. So I call the next week, and they tell me yet again it is going to be another week. Keep in mind, this is over the holidays so I had to borrow multiple family cars when I could. Granted, they do offer
