The Van Horn Law Group was very informative and helpful during the free consultation and throughout the whole process and was there when needed, small down payment and split the remaining costs up into payments which was huge because I basically live paycheck to paycheck and there were no fees for excessive communication like some other firms, thank you!

In my case using this firm has been a thorn in my side, and huge disappointment!! My case got moved around to multiple different people, my documents misplaced and/or not filed correctly, and my calls and emails took 1+ weeks to receive any response most the time. Don't waste your money using this firm, it's not worth it. They will cause you additional stress and problems, instead of resolving the issues you pay for them to resolve!

I had a situation come up for my adult daughter who is in Florida regarding a car and financing. I hired this firm because there initial consultation was very informative, and the lawyer sounded so competent i assumed his firm was as well. His document team took past a week to request paperwork for me to file because they fumbled it around. These documents have to be filed two week periods or there not current and i had to get a new firm just to get things done due to this. I don't know about the lawyer himself but i would never recommend filing anything with this firm awful communication.

We recently had to contacted the Van Horn Law group to assist us with an issue we had with our mortgage service provider. Our anxiety level was super high as we where dealing with the service provider and all the threatening notices and correspondences. Had out of hand and past due student debt. All they did was transfer my loans from one company to another with the same unaffordable payments. I emailed back and forth, sent in my tax return etc... and they said they were working on getting my payments lowered... that never happened, became past due with the new company. I finally reached out myself to the new company and was able to cut my payments to 1/3 of what they were with just my tax return. I would never recommend them to anyone. I was very happy with my free consultation. Mr. Van Horn gave me excellent advice and I was able to lower a credit card payout. I expected to be pressured into retaining services but that was not the case. Mr. Van Horn advises me if my options and how to approach the attorney for the creditor. Very honest and open law office. Chad gave me great advice, even though he isn't going to make money off of my case. It was refreshing since other firms didn't give me the time of day, because it wasn't something big enough to make lots of money on. He let me know about my rights and was very understanding unlike other law firms! I'm making sure to keep his number and information and recommending him to all of my friends and if I ever need his services I will make sure he is the first person I call!
