Easy process of booking our condo! Had girls to talk to who where so nice and helped me through the process of booking since it was my first time! . Always had someone that answered the phone when we needed help/ operating the tv. I highly recommend Prickett Properties for booking your next vacation! The employees are great, and usually can be contacted easily. They respond quickly and nice. I think they may let their owners get away with too much. The beach house we rented was in terrible condition. Prickett employers did what they could to fix items on short notice, the house had serious long standing problems. This should not have been rented in this condition. I shouldn't have been the one telling them it had problems. All in all a good management company.

We vacationed 2 weeks ago with prickett properties in gulf shores. When we arrived we found a car in the driveway with a lady inside asleep. She got out of the car and said she worked for prickett and that she was there to make sure the cleaning had been done. We unloaded and went inside to find that it was kinda clean, there were dust bunnies and sand throughout. We also noticed the sliding glass door didn’t have a handle which left no way to lock that door. We put a a walking cane in the door to sleep the first night. The house offered directv as their tv provider, except the tv in the living

We found a property through VRBO of Prickett Properties. It was under construction but it had a pool which our family needs due to having some younger children that cannot handle the ocean yet. I messaged them in March before we booked the property and asked if construction of the pool would be done before by end of May. They said it should be done by then. We went ahead and booked the property. Come the beginning of May (May 13th to be exact) I wanted to check on the pool and make sure it was still going to be completed, and was told it was scheduled to be finished before then. We have used several companies in the past 33 years of staying in Gulf shores/Orange Beach. This company is top notch. It was by far the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in and we feel like we got a great rate! There were a few very minor things that happened during our stay (hot tub water was low and oven vent would not turn off). I called and literally within 30 minutes someone was there to fix it. I will not rent through any other company again. Thank you Prickett Properties for a great vacation in Turquoise Place! July 2021

My first introduction to Prickett Properties was as a renter looking for a house to rent for my family. They did everything I could have hoped for in handling our stay. Later I decided I wanted to investigate possibly purchasing a beach property so I called them to get their advise. We enjoyed our stay at Sand Crab East for the second year in a row.
What could be better: The house needs some TLC and additional seating in the living room area. The current couch is a bit uncomfortable and worn. The master upstairs doesn't cool as well as the rest of the house, but it was not a deal breaker.

Vacationed from October 21st through October 26th with my husband, my 15 year old son, my 13 year old twins (boy & girl), and my 70 year old parents. We had a 3 bedroom condo (King bed, Queen bed, and double bunk beds). There was plenty of room in the condo for all of us. The kitchen had dishes, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, etc. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. We stayed in Tower B. Our pool area had a nice size outdoor pool and 3 out door hot tubs. The inside pool was nice with an indoor hot tub. We were all very pleased with the harbor view that our condo had. I would highly recommend

We stayed at Turquoise Place for 5 nights on the 26th floor and it was perfect!! I was a bit worried that being so high that we wouldn’t hear or smell the ocean as much as being on the lower floors, but boy was I wrong!! I kept the doors open the entire trip almost!
The patio is HUGE!! The condo itself is MASSIVE! Photos do not do it justice at all! In the online photos it looks like the usual condo (but nicer), at least to me it did. But oh my goodness!
