Very awesome and fast service, they did really great on fixing the damage on my car.Julia and Kayla gave a good estimate and reliable time frame on how long it would take to fix said damage. It only took a few days!! My car looks brand new. Would totally recommend everyone to go here. They also washed and cleaned the inside of the car.

I went to Collision Rescue because after an extensive I search I found they had the best rating at the BBB. They definitely DID NOT disappoint. Kayla came out and immediately appraised the damage. The price she quoted was almost half the price of some other shops I inquired at.. The quality of their work is excellent and it was completed in the promised time frame. They washed my car and it looked better they it did went it came from the dealer. There is no way I would ever go any place else.

We had a not-all-that- unusual-for-Dallas incident the other day. A very large tree limb that had been hanging over our driveway fell. It just missed hitting our car but did knock off the driver's side-view mirror and scratched some of the paint. Being new to Dallas I had no experience with an autobody repair shop. We contacted our insurance and didn't have the full coverage for our car due to its age. So, I started the search for an autobody repair shop. I always look for ratings for businesses or products to try and be diligent getting the best value in quality and service for my money

I was in a pretty bad car accident 2 days ago and my car was towed to Collision Rescue.
This was my very first car accident and I was a complete mess but Danny and his staff took great care of me and made sure I was ok.
He even dropped be home since I didn’t have a ride. If you’re looking for a great family owned business that actually cares about their customers and not just about making money, I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent overall experience. I shopped around at a few locations and Collision Rescue had the best overall cost to reviews ratio. That's the meat and potatoes of this review. In my position, I could get away from grade "A" customer service to save a few bucks.
But then these guys hit me with the amazing customer service on top of this. Really impressive. Kayla and Oscar was a pleasure to work with. Both of them super punctual, which I appreciate. Car was done in a timely manner, and I was updated consistently till we got to that process.

Awesome service! I was recommended this shop by an associate after my 6month old truck was hit on the way home from work. I couldn't have been more happy with their service and the way the repairs went with my truck. The service manager and parts repair/ordering manager were great in keeping me up to date and his name escapes me right now, but the ordering manager made sure to answer my all my questions. He even was transparent enough to show me reciepts on parts that my insurance wanted to get aftermarket or salvage and he ordered OEM Nissan parts. If you have any auto needs come here!

Very positive experience. I was referred to Collision Rescue by a car wash that had damaged my car. The car wash reluctantly accepted responsibility.
Collision Rescue was great! From the owner to the technicians, particularly Kayla (?) in the office, they were prompt and professional, and due to a delay in backordered parts, they did a temporary fix and kept me posted on the parts status. When the proper parts arrived they got me in immediately, and I drove out a happy customer, with a properly fixed car.

Took my Infinitely here after an accident on a referral from the tow truck driver. Been working with Steve who has been excellent! Stopped in to see the car today and the work is impeccable. I have had two accidents, both of which were not my fault, and I had to get my car repaired. The first time someone who was driving my 2012 Hyundai Elantra backed it up into a range rover and caused a dent in my back bumper. I went to several collision repair shops and was given absurd estimates and was told that it had to be replaced. Collision Rescue repaired my bumper for like 1/2 the price other shops estimated. They also did an amazing job and didn't have to replace the bumper like others said they had to. It became clear others were trying to swindle me and take advantage of me financially

HORRIBLE. If this was a review on their customer service, it would be a 5--but when it comes to getting body work done on my vehicle, the quality of work done on it is, above all else, important to me. I hydroplaned out of my lane, hitting HOV dividers and barely making impact with the concrete barrier. The back quarter panel on the driver side and bumper took the most damage.

I've gone to Collision Rescue twice now, and they by far provide some of the best customer service out there. They are family-owned, trustworthy, down-to-earth, and do excellent work at very good prices.
I recently took by BMW Z4 in and had them fix the back quarter panel. I had gotten an estimate for minor damage on the front bumper, but had told them not to worry about fixing it. I guess there was a bit of miscommunication about it and they ended up fixing it, so the bill was more expensive than I had anticipated when I picked my car up. They waived the cost, saying that I was a repeat
