Really frustrated!
This is my go to place for my oil changes and tire rotation. I mentioned at the counter that I was losing air in my tire (had this happen before, and they usually come to you with an explanation and potential cost). Nope, not today, I got charged $42.00 to remove a small nail - they did not disclose this before repair, and $42.00 is pretty steep. I couldn't afford this right now, if I knew this was the cost I would have waited until I got paid and kept putting air in my tire as it was a slow leak. Really second guessing where I will take my business going forward...

First off, employees shouldn't laugh at and taunt customers, especially when those customers have used your shop for years. I guarantee we will NEVER use your services again. I will find a place in the next few days for my tires that you quoted today for more than 1,000 dollars. I will advise my adult children to avoid your shop as well. Any other costermer who wishes not to be laughed at, please feel free to find another tire shop asap!

Highly recommend this service center. Needed new tires and decided to stop in. Was greeted by Kasey who took the time to explain various options at multiple price points. No pushing, just listened. Tires were ordered and installed the next day along with an oil change. Will be using them for all my service needs ongoing.

If you’re looking to get tires, look no further. I called multiple different shops to see if they could get me the tires I wanted before the 4th of July and they all said it wouldn’t be possible. Within 24 hours, these guys were able to not only get me the tires I wanted, but get them mounted and balanced as well. Workers are very friendly, helpful and hard working. Rory was a great help.

Great customer service and really fights for the customer. I had a problem with a set of tires where the first tire failed then a second. They went back to the manufacturer and fought for me to have all the tire replaced, fFOR FEE. I already had a year of wear and did not even have to pay a mounting or disposal fees.

I decided to come here this morning on a whim because I needed an oil change. I have been here years ago, before I moved away. No complaints. The man that serviced me was very polite and professional, taking the time to talk to me about antifreeze (we just moved back from the South) and tire pressure during winter. The facility was clean and they had adequate seating. Took about 30 min for the change.
