I had rats chew though the wiring behind the dash of my 1997, 40th anniversary Land Cruiser. The heat and air conditioning weren’t working making my truck the most expensive paper weight in the world. In addition, several of the components that operate the climate control had corrosion and weren’t working. This is the rarest 80 series there is. It is next to impossible to find the parts for the climate control. My local shop where I have spent 10’s of thousands of dollars wouldn’t even touch it. Shannon, Artie and Jimbo went to hell and back for me to get my pride and joy back on the road

I was SUPPOSED to be a first time customer with Toy Doctor because a family member recommended me to them. All I needed was an alignment on my 2017 Lexus and had a few other questions with pricing, additional fees, waiting time, and what occurs during alignment. Talked to a horrible employee named CODY that talked to me like he was the owner of Toy Doctor and told me that it seemed like the shop wasn't for me because I had a few "reserves". He kept cutting me off after I was trying to explain myself by saying "We'll be here. Bye Bye". Doesn't make me feel welcome

We have used them in the past and have been very happy. I took our 2005 Subaru there this time for a detailed check as the car is moving out of state and being driven by my newly independent daughter. They could have talked me into many things knowing the purpose, but called and basically told me they couldn't find anything wrong other than a couple of lights out, oil change, etc that I knew. I opted for brake service because it was getting close to needing new pads. They continued to tell me how nice it was that I was doing it before needed. Highly recommend for honesty. Prices seem fair.

Service manager, Ace, is punctual, kind, and professional. I was impressed with the speed these auto garage mechanics were able to get my Subaru into the shop, diagnose the problems, itemized the necessary fixes, and continued with priority recommendations with associated service and parts cost. Then, were gracious enough to let me store my immovable vehicle for 24hours while I figured out what my next move had to be. I love these auto garage mechanics and management!

I'm extremely disappointed with how far Toy Doctors has sunken since the last time I had them service my 4Runner. After letting them know that charging $414.00 for an oil and differential fluid change sounds suspect and not what I'm used to paying, I received a very angry call from Chrissy who works the front desk. The call turned ugly and personal very quickly after she questioned my intelligence and told me never to come back to her shop. I've taken my Toyota 4Runner there in the past for a change in fluids and never expected to be price gouged. I definitely did not expect to be

Ace and the crew at Toy Doctor are awesome, and I'm thrilled to have a Toyota specialist right down the road.
Had a check engine light on my 1999 Land Cruiser on a Saturday morning, when most shops are closed, so I decided to hook up a code reader and see what it says. "Misfire on cylinder 5". I'm home on a short vacation from work in the Middle East, so I'm not trying to deal with vehicle issues instead of camping on my limited time off. So I got a bit impatient and took the Cruiser in to another shop that was open on the weekend (Saul's Autotek. Had decent reviews). I told them about the code

You are terrible. I took my car toi Mile Hybrid and they found the true problem. You're shop wanted to charge me $3500 for a problem that was fixed for $400. Your tech said my battery was fouled and it turned out to be my ECU and wiring. For the $150 I spent with you for diagnostics, your technician should have figured it out. I am going to post a review on Google and Yelp reflecting that. I feel cheated by your company and will never use your service again! You are rip off artists and I hope I can keep other people from being taken advantage of in the future.

I took my 2000 4Runner in this past Monday and Ace helped me out. I got my car in, fixed and back to me in one day! This has never happened to me before. Ace gave me detailed information about what was happening with my car and was up front and honest about the cost. My 4Runner came back to me in great shape again. I highly recommend this shop!

I took my 4Runner in for an oil change and the staff was friendly and professional, even taking the time after my appointment to try and diagnose a concern I had, which I thought was a step above! They appeared to be taking COVID measures to keep the community safe, which I appreciate too! I will be using them for future work too. My only concern was that recommendations were based off mileage and not the actual fluid condition. However, that’s pretty standard practice for most shops. Know your vehicle and what’s needed and when and you’ll be able to heed the advice when needed.

Unfortunately there is no zero star!, very poor and disappointing customer service, i called to ask a mechanic a question to check if my vehicle is at least fixable before wasting time and money for towing, the answering lady was very rude, they wanted to charge me $66 to put a mechanic on the phone for a question that won't even take a minute! Seriously?!, sad to see such greedy businesses with no manners during this pandemic at all, i wonder how much they charge for their work if they ask $66 for a question!, anyways she ended up telling me "the customer" to either pay over the

Unbelievable.
I put the battery in backwards in my Lexus. Yes yes, I'm dumb. Anyway, it locked up the parking brake and blew out fuses.
The car was delivered to toy doctor almost two weeks ago.
While they had car I asked and they found a safety issue in that my front shock was broke.
I was able to do 90 days same as cash so that helped.
And it all went to heck from there.
First they had to wait for the electrical parts from the dealer. No prob.
Then they ordered the wrong suspension part. It was aftermarket but not for an all wheel drive car, got the 2 wheel drive. Fine, mistake made

I use my 2013 Rav4 for my essential job, delivering food for Panera in Aurora and Denver. Between fixing my brakes and checking my emissions system, (and holding my hand through it all...lol), Chrissy, Rachel and the great techs at Toy Doctor kept me in the game with hardly a hiccup!
This is a great local small business. Their work is always top-notch, and they always treat their customers right! 5 stars are hardly enough! I would recommend Toy Doctor to anyone who cares about their Toyota automobile, and I will use them for all my needs, for the foreseeable future.

I see now why all the 1 stars exist at this place. Shame on me for not doing my due diligence before I made a fake appointment today. Yes, the owner's daughter seems like a problem. I was told last week since I driving 45 minutes to this location they could get on my car pretty quickly. But the closer to the appointment date they wanted me to leave it and use one of their loaners. I didn't want to borrow their car. I just wanted my car addressed pretty much very near the appointment time. Why make an appointment if the car is going to sit for hours before they can get to it? It&apos

So I'm a believer in second chances I believe the last time things were just a little weird. One thing I can say is that these people really care which is why I decided to come back. Last time I had made a suggestion to change out the chairs for something a little more comfy and they did that :) also noticed they had wipes and hand sanitizer in the lounge. This time everything went smooth they even helped secure my under guard cause it had fallen down from the snow. I'll continue to come back.

Was my first time at this store and was very impressed! Took my Lexus 350GS there because of a maintenance light was on. Talked with the ladies at the front counter and also the tech. Needed a new battery and they did a thorough inspection of my car. I'm an independant auto broker and I will be recommending them to my clients in the area. Great to have them so close to home.

Toy doctor exceeded all of my expectations. I found them on the advice of a stranger, and they took great care of my car and me. When the repairs were complicated by part issues, they lent me a loaner car. They did a great job with a great attitude. Kudos to Chrissy for calmly guiding me through the process

Buyer Beware!!! Quote steering rack replacement $2737.38 from toy doctor. 2 second opinions.... nothing wrong with it. Tires $1006.91 toy doctor. $500 less brake fluid flush toy doctor $164.78. Not needed. Owner sent me a private message telling me my car needs all this work due to lack of maintenance. Then proceeded to tell me I gave a bad review due to an emotional problem. If you "Think" you like them and they are great, think twice!!!! Get a second opinion, you will be happy you did.

The team at Toy Doctor is the best. I've been going there for several years now, and they are always friendly and helpful, including a ride wherever I need to go while my car is in the shop.
During my most recent visit a few weeks ago, they really went above and beyond. I had dropped my car first thing in the morning and told them I needed it by 2:00 in the afternoon. Somehow that message didn't get to the techs, and when I called to check on the status at 1:15, they had just started on my car. I asked if it would be done by 2 as asked, and received huge apologies that the message didn

It's true that I love to give good reviews, but I save my 5 Stars for those businesses that go up and beyond the call of duty. I found one of those gems today. I received several quotes on automotive work I needed to have done for my Subaru. They varied in price from $200 to $400. I looked up everything I could about the job (replacing rear struts) on line. This can be a pricey job so I wanted to know all I could. By the time I called on Toy Doctor I had a pretty good idea of what would need to get done.
Chrissy took my call and....wait for it....LISTENED to me! I know, What? Anyhow, long
