The system works and it works very well. I have been in automotive repair for forty nine plus years and I have seen a remarkable amount of change in the business during that time. If you can't keep up the pace you losse the race. I have used other coaching and training during this time. The APM systems are all inclusive and they are not redundant in regard to input informantion. The view of the big picture is what they provide with processes to make planned changes work. Product needs work. Especially if you are a busy business owner like most of us are. Lots of manual entry and time consumption on the front end, Building data tables and the roadmap, manual data entry (jobs recommended vs jobs sold) that needs to be tracked on paper and manually logged in everyday, clock hours of techs each day are just a default # not actual clock hours, no real time productivity tracking for the techs like i thought they said there would be, I noticed this before we even installed the sync product on our system. Nothing special here that you really cant get from a report from

We were celebrating our 20th year in business when APM called me. We were doing OK as a business, but I knew from all the numbers that if we didn't do something to boost our business in the current economy crunch we just barely survived that we would not be able to stand another negative hit on our finances. I have been working with APM for over two years. My business was in dire straights and I was seriously thinking about closing the doors. I worked with other consultants before and all they did was take my money and leave me in as bad or worse shape than when I started with them. I heard about APM and became interested in them because they acually own their own shop. The other consultants in retrospect had no clue about how to successfully run a shop. They sold what they "knew", not what actually "worked."
