After several months have past I would like to update my review. I think I was a little hasty with my first review of the park. Really my concern was the small lot that I was given. As Becky stated there were several other lots (not available at the time) that were very nice and spacious. My opinion has not changed about the maintenance man but that's just my opinion. There were other positive things that I did not mention such as shopping, dining and other conveniences. Also the park never lost power during the freeze. I hope this helps.

The resort is tight for large RVs. It’s in an inconvenient location with a small, plain sign that makes it difficult to find — especially at night. It’s clean and one side is dedicated to the nomads. But the opposite side is full of political signs and flags — some with offensive words — and units where people live. Only one dumpster for the whole park.

We stayed here for 3 months as we were waiting to buy a home after selling ours.
The Good- Becky is really nice. The place is quiet, and it is in a great location.
Reviews on somethings:
Pool- They need to hire a professional pool cleaner to clean it and not the maintenance man who seems more concerned with chatting it up with his buddies in the campground, giving my husband a stare every time he pulled into the campground etc. The pool was closed for almost 2 weeks and no communication was sent out about it and what was wrong with it.
Laundry/bathrooms- The washers are small for what they
