Me and my brother spent 3 days hear and it was great, we had the number 1 spot write next to the pool.
I is a very clean an well kept place, the people was friendly and kids well mannered.
It gives you a great access to the ocean with a pear you can fish off of or launch a boat and write across the street you will find Noas ark, bar and restraunt, the food was great and the prices were good and the waitress were top notch.
Just wont to say thank you to the lady that runs Gordy's for making our stay very pleasant, and we will be coming back to book a spot next year.
thank you from

I commute to this area for work, and I live in my RV here on a part-time basis. The place is always clean and well maintained. Quiet hours start at 10 PM and management enforces that. Several of us work through the weekend and really appreciate the quiet. There are full hookups, a small pool, laundry facilities, showers, bathrooms, a club house, dog play areas, and there is wifi. It is close to the boardwalk and the bay front. This is a really comfortable RV environment.

I’m a UTMB student on rotations and this was the best park I’ve stayed at in terms of cleanliness, friendly neighbors, and wifi. I never had to use my hotspot and that was something I was doing on a regular basis at other parks. Management is very nice and accommodating for anything you need. Again, facilities are VERY clean. I would stay here 10/10 times.

Nice and quiet concrete roads and pads clean...this was my review 2 months into my stay..I am now 12 months and think an update is dew..this park is a great place to stay. I read a few reviews of manager being rude...she has always been super sweet and helpful.but don't push her she will push back . I'm about middle of the park and only have problems with wyfi at peak hours between 7&9 pm..and it's not every day..all the facilities are well kept and clean. The washers and dryers are normally clean unless the person before you dirtied it up. My grass is always cut and the lot doesn't hold water no

My husband, 18 month child, myself and our dog stayed here for 5 months. We were extremely happy with this park! There is a playground for kiddos, a swimming pool, laundry room, and two dog parks that are kept very clean. Michelle, the woman who runs the park is extremely caring of all her guests that stay there. She is very polite and will always go out of her way to ensure you are happy. Everyone who stays at the park is very nice and they all keep their yards clean. ( You have to, they hire a lawn mowing service that comes once a week.) They are also very aware of their surroundings and report

Well maintained RV park. Concrete spots and concrete road are well kept and have no potholes. The manager, Michelle, is nice but also can be very strict and firm. Has a non-heated pool and two small dog parks. Water pressure is pretty good as well as the other utilities. Wifi is a joke, but that’s what I usually is at a RV park. Very nice laundry room. My only concern was that we had to pay to either wash a car or the RV. This park is in a very quiet neighborhood next to the water these roads are not busy and one can walk a dog, take a run, or take a bike ride around. There is a nice restaurant

Great for families. Quiet park and safe streets for kids. The sites are a good size at a very good price. We could even fit our fifth wheel, truck, car, and cargo trailer in a spot. Management is upfront, friendly, and not too nosey. The other tenants either keep to themselves or are friendly. I really liked the gated playground. The only improvement I would enjoy is some trees for shade.

Overall clean and quiet park. Guests are nice and helpful. There are plenty of washers and dryers, though they tons of lint and pet hair on your clothes. There are plenty of showers, though they only seem to get cleaned once each week. The men’s bathroom and shower does not carry toilet paper or paper towels. I guess someone abused the use of those amenities? The playground is fenced and people don’t drive fast through the park so it seems safe for them too. Everyone seems to manage their pets well too, which is helpful to those of us who choose not to have pets. The pool looks inviting, though
