This company services my townhouse development. While using the weed wackier, one of the workers cut the power cord to my Halloween light projector. I bought it for my kids who like to see it project on the side of the town house. The worker got the supervisor who took the broken projector and said he would replace it or reimburse me for it. Neither happened. Do not use this company. They will damage your property and will not replace or reimburse you for the damages.

About spring water sprinkler turn on. I will give zero star if i can. A unprofessional and rude lady in their office yelled at me today and said she didn't care about my business anymore. Very disappointed as being their customer for 11 years, how can they hire someone like this? Maybe she's the owner? Told them to come in the morning as we have plan in the afternoon, now is 1pm, still no show. Called the office and asked what's going on, this rude lady (forgot the name, I think started with M.) had a very arrogant and annoyed tone and kept saying i'm the next one, the technician is coming, but

For the pass month i've been asking for the Pine Needles to be removed...the association even called 2 weeks ago..still here..welll today i ask one of the guys while blowing the leaves to PLEASE remove blow these needles away..he says oh we can't we don't have any bags to put them in ?!!?!? are you kidding me!!! i've called the office 3x already because if i get one more pine needle in my foot because they are coming inside my home from our shoes...i will contact the news media and !! ..this the same company that serviced the sprinklers and they haven't work since!!!
