Services
Installation: Metro Irrigation will design a professional and personalized irrigation system just for you. Full copper plumbing tap to the outside backflow preventer, with stainless steel shut-off valve. Clean and remove grass and debris around all rotor and pop-up heads to ensure proper function. Water from all main lines, lateral lines, valves and heads will be blown out with compressed air.
Most likely the System does not have a Rain Sensor, or the Sensor is not configured properly. The controllers we use have battery to keep the clock running when that happens (just like in your alarm clock) that is quite easy to replace. Yes, we require signed agreements (for your protection) and retainer payments prior to commencing work.

First half an hour is $75, even he does not do anything, you will not be informed about the price beforehand, if you ask wether the bill is negotiable after obvious ripoff prices for parts and services you will be threatened to call police and some sht. I found really hard to communicate with this guy, even though I spoke the same Russian language as him.

We have been using Metro Irrigation to open and winterize our sprinkler system since we moved into the area 4 years ago. This year after doing some patio work, we uncovered that the plumbers had torn up several sprinkler lines. Victor came out and was very honest from the beginning about the scenario we were facing. He is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable and honest. We will definitely be using Metro Irrigation when it’s time to replace our old system.

Victor came 5 -10 minutes early, was very easy to talk to, no nonsense and to the point. His diagnosis was on the money and he did not waste any time and did a fantastic job. He tells you upfront how much each issue would cost and no surprises in the end. I would recommend Victor and his company to anybody.

Very irresponsible and arrogant person! Bad business! Show up to open the sprinkler system after one month of waiting for the appointment (third year of the service). The system had some problems, and he did not want to spend time to fix, abounded the job, and left with bad attitudes in the middle of the busy season. Interesting, what are we supposed to do after such a boorish attitude towards the client?! I can absolutely assure you that there is no way to do business with such a madcap person!

The company was great... At first. Very responsive and with great communication. I was scheduled for 3-6 pm appointment on day X.
Victor was great following up with me and proposed new time at!!! 8 am. I was very agreeable on that time... But was very disappointed, when some one showed up at my door at 7:20 am!!!!!!
Guys, I understand, that you have a lot of work to do... But would you show up at my door at random morning time.
After asking Victor to come back at scheduled time he decided to drop the appointment.
It was nice to know the company... But if the appointment time is open to interpretation

I used Metro to install a new sprinkler system and I am extremely happy I went with Metro. After getting four quotes, Metro's was the most reasonable. Jamie came to my house twice to explain the quote and the installation plan. They took care of all the necessary permits with the town. On the day of the installation, the crew came promptly at 9am and everything was finished by 3pm. My property has a lot of concrete and it was a challenge to route the water pipes, part of the water supply pipe was not placed at the correct location; I called Metro asking if they can get that fixed, they sent the

Checked out reviews for sprinkler systems and Metro has a great rating. Called Victor and he came out and gave me an estimate - seemed very reasonable. Had him install the system and he's been winterizing and starting up the system every year since. Excellent work! And Victor is very personable and knowledgeable - highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Metro Irrigation. Person who gives you the quote does the acutal work. Everything was explained, price was lower than competitors, and all appointments/plans were kept. They got the necessary permits, did the plumbing, worked with our lawn guy to coordinate schedules. We put in a new irrigation system, front and back yard. Great service, very professional.
