I called to have the system checked and turned on
Of course the tech left one of the old heads on the pool deck that I needed to clean up the parts and dirt
350.00 later to find as we installed a new timer that many heads were pointed in the ground not to cover the intended area
A broken pipe not taken care of
When calling to discuss the poor service they reply was SORRY ...
NOT that we would send someone over to resolve the issues that were paid for
Extremely careless
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN

They installed our sprinkler system a few years back. This year our system broke down. The technician came to fix it, couldn't find the valve, could not fix the system and made a bill of $400. What am I paying for? Expertise or fraudulence? As an irrigation system company, the least I would expect is for the technician to find the issue. I am paying for expertise which clearly this company doesn't have.

I give 1 star because of the EDIT "1" year I paid for service. I absolutely loved my tech Otto who came out to service my sprinklers. He's efficient and highly skilled. However I dislike the dispatch/home base. Its like 2 different companies!
I had paid for the most expensive plan and had my backflow internals "repaired". After the second season it started leaking and Otto told me it was warranteed for a couple of years. So he told me to mention it when the spring comes. I called the office to explain my situation and said its repairable but not covered. Why do I get one story from home base and

I had an appointment specifically for spring break due to my job. After waiting one hour for the technical, I called for a status. The office rep who took the call was unprofessional and acted bored. Her only response was that they were on another call. Two hours after the appointment time I received a call from the technician (Jason - I think), informing me that he was on his way and should arrive 2 hours and 15 minutes after my original appointment time!! This was unacceptable as I had to leave shortly for another scheduled appointment.

Central Jersey Sprinklers installed our sprinkler system 27 years ago and have continued to open and winterize our sprinklers ever since. We have always been able to get an appointment and have found them to be timely and always come within our scheduled window of time. They have also installed sprinklers and serviced for my parents, who also continue to be long-time, loyal customers. As a matter of fact, the office staff has always been very helpful every year coordinating our openings/closings so we have back-to-back appointment times so only one of us needs to be home and and we do live in separate

I was shopping around for lawn sprinkler companies. i got estimates from several companies. i found that Central Jersey Irrigation in Englishtown NJ was the most informative and were in business the longest. They gave me a fair price on my sprinkler system. They came and installed it in 1 day. and they were very professional. they did a clean and neat job. I highly recommend them.

We're new customers - in June Will went above & beyond to get our circa-1960's sprinkler system turned on - he could have given up when we couldn't locate the valves (buried in the grass), but he stuck with it, on one of the hottest days of the season! We were very impressed by his dedication to completing the task.
Now 5 months later, we send a Thank You out to Eric, who had to make a couple trips for our unique curb stop keys - even to the point of ordering the proper connector, then sending Will back the very next day to finish winterizing our system. Their efforts are VERY MUCH appreciated

They failed to properly winterize my sprinkler, resulting in a lot of damage to the system.
They then refused to fix the problem, even though the tech they sent out acknowledged it was done incorrectly.
The manager i spoke to didn't seem to care at all that they had failed to properly do the job, and was only interested in getting paid to fix the damage they had inflicted.
