Truly a clean and experiential atmosphere where the employees care about you and the services they offer. I've been here twice and both times have been great. This is my go-to for waxing and they always offer a beverage, provide guidance for after care, some sample products to use, and even a piece of Dove chocolate. If you're looking for a pampering atmosphere that values you as a customer, this is the right place. Small tip - there's parking both in the front and back of the building.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I’ve gotten lots of Brazilian waxes from lots of places, but this place takes the cake!! Stephanie was incredibly talented- fast, knowledgeable and super sweet during the wax. The front desk staff gave me a peach mimosa when I checked in, a goodie bag and my first service was 50% off— all these things are unheard of anywhere else! I’ll definitely be coming back!!

I went to the location off of York - there was easy parking (if you park in the paid lot it’s only $1/hr), and the salon itself was super cute and well designed with the kindest receptionist.
The wax itself unfortunately wasn’t great, I was in and out in 20 minutes and I’ll still have to tweeze. I’m so grateful they give you 50% off the first appointment, it made the experience less frustrating.
I’ll be back but I will try a different waxer this time, fingers crossed!

I enjoy going to wax & lash because the vibe is always great and relaxing. Stephanie is amazing at waxing. She always knows the answer to my skin, hair, and waxing questions and explains it in a way that is easy to remember and understand! She also makes me feel like I’m just coming to see a friend, even after I’ve been away for awhile! The experience overall is amazing!

I haven’t been waxing long but I’ve tried a few different studios - My first time in and I already know I’ve finally found my home for all my waxing needs. This is an adorable salon and their customer service ON POINT. They are on time, send reminders, give you complimentary chocolate to nibble on during your visit, have created a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and have an cute selection of gifts in the lobby. Stephanie was my wax artist and was awesome!
