Dentistry is Dr. Molly's passion. She has been practicing dentistry since 2003, and she truly loves every minute of it. She enjoys the consistency of working as a Sioux Falls dentist with her husband, Dr. Corey Karmazin, as they view each patient as "their" patient. Plus, you get the bonus of a second opinion from another qualified dentist.
Using today's advanced dental treatments and technology, we give you a healthier, more complete smile that lasts a lifetime. Regular six-month exams allow us to evaluate your dental health, catch problems before they develop, and give you advice. During the exam, we check for decay, clean your teeth, take x-rays, and identify any issues.
Being surrounded by dentistry at an early age has inspired your dentist in Sioux Falls to make a real difference. Dr. Corey was born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska. He spent many days learning the trade of dentistry from his father, who is also a dentist. His brother is a general dentist too, so Dr. Corey seemed destined for this career.
Stacy grew up in central Wisconsin and moved to Sioux Falls in 2007. She has worked in the field of dentistry since 2003 and takes great pride in helping patients further understand their specific dental needs and insurance benefits. Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband, Kelly, and their three beautiful children, Brianna, Brittany, and Brenden.

It’s difficult to say I had an awesome experience at a dental office but I had an awesome experience,every one is so professional dr Cory said hi on the way by knew my name they have 1000s of clients how did he remember my name, the young lady that cleaned my teeth might of been the gentlest person I’ve ever dealt with. Then dr. Molly came to check me out explaining everything showing me the X-ray what may happen in the future, everything first class I’m not sure I could ever explain how great an experience it was

I just love it at Karmazin Dental! Everyone at the clinic is SOOOO nice! The secretaries and administrative assistants are extremely friendly and welcoming. The hygienists are very gentle and kind. And both Dr. Molly and Dr. Corey are AHHH-MAZING dentists that are great about educating their patients, giving them options, being gentle with their care, and being just all-around good people!
I have recommended Karmazin Dental to so many people because I not only completely trust my own dental care to both Dr. Karmazins, but I’d also trust any of my friend’s and family’s dental care to them

Dr. Molly, Mandee, and Ashley made my experience very welcoming and comfortable. The atmosphere in the clinic is extremely modern and clean. I received gold standard customer service from each team member, from the greeting at the door, to the dental chair, and calling in with questions. With fine touches like a personalized video check in post procedure, to a gifted little something for my upcoming wedding, the team really went above and beyond my expectations with any office that I have used in the past. I have always hated the dentist. A few years ago my dentist retired so I had to find a new one. Karmazin was highly recommended and now that I’m their patient I can see why. Staff are so pleasant, fast and efficient. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable including having your favorite T.V. Show turned on before you enter the room. They explain what they will be doing and how it will feel before doing so. They are also so advanced in technology and their building is very clean. First time I went to them they found 10 cavities! I haven’t had a cavity since. They focus on prevention
