Two week estimated job took over six months to get back and that was only after persistently calling week after week. This lady does quality work but has no concept of meeting her own delivery deadlines. If i had known it was going to take as long as it did (for a few dollars more) i would have gone to another upolstrery shop.

Purchased New seat covers and foam for my Mustang from CJ Pony Parts and was told it would be an easy swap , I could do it myself. This was not the case ! I took the seats and the new covers to Greenbrier Upholstery , they did a tremendous job of putting it all together, I was extremely pleased with her work!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Bonnie at Greenbrier Upholstery. My husband's 2007 Honda Accord's roof liner was detaching from the foam and he wasn't happy with the quote he got from the dealership. I spoke with Bonnie and she gave me a very reasonable quote and I dropped the car off on a Saturday and then I had to call her on Monday to let her know that I would need the car back sooner than expected since my husband was coming back earlier than planned from his business trip the next day and of course this was the same week as Hurricane Florence that was due to make landfall

If I could give this woman a negative score, I would do so. She charged me $400 to replace the carpet in my car after a flood. There are tool markings around the gear shift where she popped it out. After taking out the console, she did not secure it the way that she found it. The entire console moves loosely now. The floor now has a lump in it on the driver and front passenger side. The gear shift lever is more rough than smooth when switching to drive, reverse or park. I cannot pop the gas tank door without the plastic boarding blocking the floor lever. Apparently she had to remove this piece
