Quality of work 10/10, Custer service is really good as well. The Only reason i am giving it 4 stars is it did take longer than expected for my cushions to be finished. Really my overall experience was more like a 4.8 if i could give it that. My only advice is if production is overwhelming maybe give a 10-20% off the labor. I would of given 5 stars for that compromise.

Nancy did a fantastic job for us. We brought our 6 pieces of a kitchen banquet for recovering on Wednesday, hoping to get it done by the weekend. Nancy had the job finished and delivered back to my house on Friday afternoon. Her attention to detail was fantastic. She put new foam on the pieces and instead of just pulling the fabric over the wood, she put seams in the seats to make it feel more like a couch than a bench seat. We love it. Highly recommend Nancy’s.

Had a great experience with Nancy's upholstery fixing my Toyota Rav4's spare tire cover. The leather edge around the plastic got ripped off to the point it wouldn't stay, and Nancy and her daughter did a really good job on sewing it back together! Oh, and the best thing, since I am an Uber driver and needed my car to be looking good, they stayed late and got it done really fast.

Nancy's Custom Upholstery recovered two of my old stools with a fabric that I did not think of, but wish I had. They did a beautiful job...adding piping (which the original stools did not have). Very pleased with the pricing, the quality of work and the people that I interacted with (Nancy, Katie, etc.). They have such beautiful fabrics that I can't wait until I need another piece covered.Professional and friendly...will definitely use them again...and no one else!

I have had a number of pieces of furniture reupholstered by Nancy's Custom Upholstery. With each piece you can tell they took their time to get it perfect. I have been very please with their work and their prices. They will pick up and drop off your items which is a very handy service with large furniture.
