Young's Upholstery was established more than 60 years ago by Bill "Ross" Young. Back then, Ross made convertible tops and plastic seat covers by hand, always ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. Because of his commitment to craftsmanship, Ross grew a large and loyal following in the Norfolk, Va., community.

Young's Upholster did a fantastic job on my couch. It is beautiful. Everything was as scheduled. They picked it up and even did a rush job to finish earlier when I called to tell them that I was having unexpected company. Office staff and delivery guys were great. I am so happy with it. Thank you to all at Young's. I really appreciate all that you did for me.

I had my 2016 Ford F-250 Crew Cab truck in Young’s Upholstery Shop today 4-14-2021.
They installed a new Katzkin kit in black leather and silver stitching, full front seats and full rear seats in only two days.
The truck looks absolutely amazing and better than factory leather seats from the factory.
The front office people were very professional and extremely friendly and helpful.
The service technicians that completed the work and preformed the installation are complete professionals and there work is top notch and there is no comparison.
The price for the work was extremely affordable

I had the back seat of my Lexus ES 350 replaced. The price was reasonable and the leather matched perfectly. I couldn't tell which seat was replaced. The guy even made sure I made it to work that morning since I had to drop my car off before work and wouldn't have transportation. That was GREAT customer service and great work! That was 2012 but I plan to go back with my most recent vehicle.

Horrible. Wrote them to see if they could redo our cushions on a massage chair. They asked for photos. Sent them right away and never got a response. Wrote two more emails over a month long period. Finally, I sent an email to see if it was a valid address. They responded affirmative and then never quoted the job. Sent one more email and they never responded. That was incredibly rude and a waste of time. If their work is half as bad as their customer service, I wouldn't have them do anything for me.
