First and foremost, the lack of integrity from the garage workers absolutely needs to be addressed. Not one but two mechanics lied directly to my face as I knew the whole truth the entire time. One of their mechanics broke the fastening clip to an ignition coil and just decided that it being lose and potentially coming off, was the correct way to install. Absolutely laughable. Two different times I had this shop work on my ignition coils and plugs. Neither time did they correctly do the work. Changed out coils for the wrong cylinders and told me they were the right ones. Not until actually taking

I came from Saint Joseph to take my dad to Dr appointment. Noticed my tire was almost flat. Dustin and his tire crew fixed my tire very quickly. The best part was there was no charge. What a great experience. I would recommend your shop to anyone in your area.

Went there to have my gas tank repaired.North Oak Car Care charged me $1.500.00 dollars for a gas tank..After all was done they had it 5 or 6 weeks.The total charge was $2,242.18 dollars..WOW What a rip off place...please stay away....will turn them into BBB.please be truthful.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Dustin, the owner, when I called frantically looking for a place to inspect a car I was leaving town with the very next day. He squeezed us in on a busy Saturday and was gracious enough to answer all of my questions with brutal honesty and no bs answers, which I GREATLY appreciated and helped ease my anxiety!
He was genuine and helpful and I don’t know very many mechanics that would have done all that when every other place I called was too busy.

I thought it was odd that when I picked up my car, I was told 'oh didnt think you'd be here this soon", turns out, despite being changed for it, the oil was not changed. Something didnt feel right so the next week I took my car to the dealer for another repair, where I was told the oil needed to be changed. When I saw the filter was the old brand, I knew it was not the dealer who screwed up. I had brought my car into NOCC for a battery drainage issue and oil change. Because I was told the battery I purchased the night before supposedly tested bad and should buy a new one because you can't trust

It's never a great feeling to have to deal with a vehicle not working correctly. But if your vehicle is having issues, this is a great place to bring it in if it needs repairs or maintenance. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they know their stuff. They treat their customers well and you can trust them to provide excellent service on your vehicle. I highly recommend North Oak Car Care to anyone who may need work done.

Stopped in to get a tire leak fixed, brakes checked, and tires rotated. Only took about an hour. They had a computer issue and accidentally changed my oil too but didn't charge for it even after I offered to pay for the oil. Will be using them again! Very friendly, priced fairly, and scheduling was easy and quick. $75 dollars for repair and brake check is good in my book.
