We had the amazing opportunity to have Valerie on our team during the search for our FIRST home purchase. She is very professional and personable. Although we weren’t anywhere near the state to view houses ourselves, she was more than willing to drive to multiple locations, for our virtual showings. And she did this days in a row for us! She worked with our schedule and was transparent with hers , that way we could set up the times that worked for everyone. I cannot say enough about my experience working with Gary. When I was suddenly forced in to move in 2018 Gary helped me find a place to rent. Over the next 3 years he showed me probably 20 houses in my quest to find a place to call my own. He was very patient with my picky nature and poor credit score. When I was finally in a position to buy a house I ended up purchasing the rental I had been living in. He helped make the buying process quick and efficient. Jaedon did an amazing job selling my house. He was very professional , stayed on top of showings and we never missed a single one. He reviewed contracts for any errors or mistakes before sending them to me. He found lots of errors and had them corrected without me having to bother. Summer Flowers was our realtor when we purchased our first home 3 years ago. Banks managed my property for more than a decade after I transferred to my new duty station out of state. He was very responsive whenever I had questions, and kept me informed of any issues with the property. Banks and his team kept renters in the property continuously, with never more that a couple weeks in-between tenets. All paperwork was done via email, saving me from having to travel back to take care of any needs. The house was kept in great shape, with minimal maintenance/repairs needed before I sold it in Aug 2021. I would highly recommend Banks and Military Realty for any of your housing

Military Realty has given me the run around about the place I rented they wanted me to clean it up and paint I did then it was the wrong paint so I got the paint color they told me to get and it is still wrong now they want me to either fix it or their taken money out of my deposit that is unheard of the walls already have different color paint on the wall and they want me to pay for the tenant before me too I guess don't rent from them it will be a nightmare I know other tenants that they did not do this to them what they are doing to me it seems to me it's discrimination.
