Services
Everyone in your party must be at least 25 yeard of age or older unless accompnied by a parent. Upon departure, the unit must be left in the same condition as it was upon your arrival. Also, any dishes used in the course of your stay must be rinsed, placed in the dishwasher, and the dishwasher started.
Gulf Shores Condominiums are closer to the beach than any other condo in the area. This allows for an unsurpassed view from all the individual units. A floor to ceiling window wall in each unit yields fantastic views of the beach and surf. Gulf Shores features spacious, comfortable accommodations fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, disposal, microwave, utensils, cable TV, phones, towels, bedding, etc.
Gulf Shores Owners now have two online owner portals in which they can view information about their condo units. Each version provides different features as well as some of the same features. Some owners may find some features easier to use on one platform versus the other. Instructional videos on some of the available features will soon be coming to the owner's website.

We were a little concerned about Tropical Storm/Hurricane Nicholas (who the heck ever saw a storm's eye jump around like that???)
Gulf Shores Condominiums mad a quick adjustment to our reservation to smooth things out and we were most thankful. I saw great reviews on #503 and they were spot on! Strong recommendation!

I love this place. I haven't been here in 20 years. My grandfather used to have a timeshare here and we would come every summer. This condo is amazing as ever. All units have been remodeled and have absolutely stunning FULL gulf views. The staff is courteous and kind. This is the closest lodging you'll get to the beach. I'd love to retire here one day!
