This morning in Tampa, I watched the passenger of truck 160 take the last cigarette out of his pack and then deliberately throw the empty pack out of the window and on to the street. Completely unacceptable behavior. I can provide a picture in the event the company owners would like proof and would like me to email it to them. Unfortunately, I cannot post it here.
