In 1974 John Williams started his business as a lawn company using only a pick-up truck, mower, edger and hedge trimmer. Within one (1) year, the company expanded to also include large commercial clients. In addition to maintaining lawns, landscaping was added to the list of services the company would provide.
Due to the addition of landscaping, irrigation was added to the business model. Upon obtaining the proper certification and licensing, the name of the company was changed to John Williams Sprinklers, Inc. In September of 1992, new licensing through Southwest Florida Water Management District was obtained to provide both shallow and deep water well drilling in the State of Florida.

Used John Williams for our well from 2017-2018. On the 1st service call we needed a new pump apparently because the one we’d purchased a year prior wasn’t good enough. No qualms there over a $600 pump. Then a few months later when we weren’t getting enough water they said it would be $1,500 to drill new well points. So we did that and had water for maybe 6 months. Called the company, they had fired the guy that installed our points and the woman on the phone told us they were dealing with many issues from him. They sent another tech out and John confirmed we’d need to drill new well points

John Williams installed my sprinkler system 30 years ago. They have been Fairly reliable On their repairs up until last year. Last year and just this morning, they called and canceled an appointment to repair my sprinkler system prior to new sod being installed. It seems that they are more interested in getting the big bucks for a new system install instead of repairing their existing systems. If you're looking to get a new system installed, these guys are pretty good. As far as maintaining, modifying or fixing that installed system, I would not recommend them.

I had an emergency. Called the office at 8:30am and Mr. Williams was at my house by 10:30.
Another well company told me I needed a new water tank, John checked everything out and found my tank was good.

John Williams Sprinklers Inc. is extraordinary. If it was possible I would give them 100 stars.Their workmanship is beyond perfect. Their workman were respectful, very hard working, and very neat. They cleaned up daily and when they left you would never know so much work was done. My Gardner tested the system and said I have by far have the best system he has ever seen. It was a positive experience and I can't thank them enough.

When workman next door cut my sprinkler pipes and wiring, rendering the sprinkler useless, I called John Williams who had dug a well for me some years ago.
The lady working the phones treats you like family, taking your information accurately, and keeps in touch with every detail as needed.
The repairman was thorough, precise and left nothing undone! He assessed the damage, repaired the wiring and piping, checked the entire system planting different colored flags on each nozzle. Every nozzle came under his watchful eye. Everything that needed repair was done.

The previous homeowner (an engineer) choose this company to rebuild the pump many years ago and I decided to use them to troubleshoot my well. They tested and diagnosed the problem on their first visit. They were transparent about prices and reasonable. Based on this, I decided to use them again this time for a new well. The price is fixed and reasonable; I an confident they will do a good job and will update this review after the work is complete.

We were told by another company that our well needed to be abandoned and an new well drilled. Mr. Williams came out and assessed the problem and stated that the well should be fine. He fit us in to his very busy schedule and got our well up and running in a matter of 2 days. The only problem with the well was the pump. He was extremely transparent in his pricing and came in thousands below is original bid. I would highly recommend this company for any irrigation needs. It is nice to work with honest businessmen

Broke my fibula falling on my electric skateboard three weeks ago. Then I had three sprinkler heads pop off, shooting water in the air. Normally I would fix it myself but I can't put any weight on my leg for two months. I called up John Williams and was told it would be three weeks until they could get out to repair it. 4 hours later, they showed up because they were in my area. They had all three sprinkler heads fixed within 30 minutes! They installed my system 30 years ago and I have enjoyed excellent service from them since then.

I returned from a weeklong trip to discover that I was about to lose my lawn because of a sprinkler system valve that had failed in the closed position. I called John Williams Sprinklers for help. The company rapidly dispatched Clint, a skilled service technician, who was working in the area. He was able to respond even more rapidly than I expected and arrived with everything needed to repair my system in minimum time. There is no doubt that if I have future problems, I will call John Williams immediately. Great Service!

I've had issues with a previous well upon purchasing my house. I tried another company and the service was less than good. I then contacted John Williams for a new well and pump. I am very pleased with the quality of their work, the responsiveness to issues after/during install, and the professionalism of their staff, particularly Joel, Scott, and Alan. These guys know their craft and it was a pleasure to deal with them. I would highly recommend the John Williams Sprinkler company.
