A turtle would win at a race against Smith Street preparing / bagging food. It takes them an hour to make food. And there’s like at least 20 staff in there at a time. Ridiculous! And they always get it wrong - after waiting an hour, you won’t even get what you ordered. They have gone so downhill it’s terrible. We need a better deli in Merrick!

They make you wait way too long for food deliveries. They cater to the customers in the store but food deliveries wait 35 mins even if it’s a bacon egg and cheese. I think this is bad management. The way it should be done is the fair way. Whoever orders first should get there order first. Not serve in house first. Not fair. I will not be coming here again.
