Cooked food is very salty. The make up prices. Arizona standard bottle size they over charged and on other drinks.not worth it

12.50 for a ham. bacon, cheese, tomato on a roll is unreasonable. Absolutely nothing special about this sandwich. The correct prices are not even listed correctly so be prepared for a different than what it says. I will never order from here again. EVER.

Food was good and the egg wrap was filled, however this was my 2nd time there and the coffee area was filled yet again with fruit flies. It needs to be cleaned and wiped down. Some of the other food in the display looked old as well. It's a shame because it has potential but I won't be back.

I thought Ferrings in Baldwin was expensive. Grilled chix wrap with spinach and roasted peppers is $10.99 plus tax. $11.94 total, for a wrap. Not even a lot of chicken in the wrap. Such a rip off. Won't be going back.

I understand new help may need extra time but it took 30min for one person to make 2 sandwiches. Not complicated and all the ingredients are listed right on the chalkboards. I asked for Mayo and pickle, saw them write it on the paper they made the Sandwich on and both were missing. The second sandwich had double meat- for no reason. This was a real disappointment.

Done with this place. Their employees are slower than snails which I let slide for the last few years. The last straw was when they sold me old and smelly Boar's Head chicken. And food handlers should still be in masks after learning what spews out of people's mouths when they talk. Disgusting!

I love the food, and the staff is friendly, but they need to tighten up thier operations. I ordered pick up and was told 10 minutes, I arrive promptly 10 minutes later. I was told that they're not done yet, which is fine. However, after waiting around in the store for some time, I hear them ask if anyone started the pick up order. They didn't even start my order that I called in 15 mins ago.
I called for pick up to save time, and customers who came in the store after me got thier food first.
It's disappointing, and I hope they improve thier service. Unfortunately this is one of many similar instances

Good food but sometimes they can have an attitude if they mess up your order and you come back. Some guy tossed my sandwich to me after I came back. If you gonna have a issue about it make it right the first time

The place is clean. I gave such a low rating because I ordered home fries and Turkey bacon. I specifically said NO PORK. When I got to work I looked at the home fries and it looked weird. I called them and asked if there was regular bacon in there the guy told me yes so casually. Who cooks home fries with pork bacon and doesnt even tell the customer? Especially since I specifically said NO PORK

This place is the real deal Holyfield. The choices are just endless. I love the hero's and egg sammies.

Great sandwiches for this local Long Island sandwich place. It checks off all of my ideal deli requirements. It's local, been around for a while, and the counter/display cases are enormous like six feet tall.

Most of the sandwiches were all $9 and they were pretty big too. I got the Star (Chicken cutlet, bacon, cheddar cheese and Russian dressing on a garlic bread hero) and my uncle got the the Big Bopper (Roast beef melted mozzarella cheese, bacon and onions on a garlic bread hero).

Greystone is hands down the best deli in town!! They have great omelettes (the Irish one is my favorite) and breakfast items and really unique combos for sandwiches, wraps, burgers (love the Gough burger) etc . It can definitely get busy at times and the service is not always as fast as it could be, but the food is definitely worth the wait.

After giving this deli so many chances I'm completely done. For the third time in a row my egg sandwich didn't have bacon or avocado. Which I ordered and paid for. My cheese is not melted on my sandwich and the eggs taste fake. My coffee is filled to the top with ice that I took 3 sips and it was gone. Even after saying something the last time it has just happened again. This is the last time I'll ever come to this deli.

I had the best egg and cheese sandwich! The coffee was great too. I stopped by last Saturday afternoon. The service was good the deli spotless and food was amazing. I will be back.

I've been trying to find a good deli close to my apt for almost a year and didn't realize this place was here until last week. It's a pretty big place with a few tables if you want to stay to eat and it was very clean inside. There seemed to be a good amount of people working so that's always good as well. The prices are comparable to other delis I've been to and they have classics as well as some new combos (named for places around Long Island) for sandwiches that sounded delicious so I'll definitely be back to try more.

This place is within walking distance to where I live and was excited to try it. Very welcoming atmosphere and the food smells good as soon as you walk in.

Husband and I dropped in during the week to grab a quick bite while walking the puppers. He ordered a Big Popper (Roastbeef) which he highly enjoyed and was very flavorful. I ordered eggs with grilled onions, bacon and spinach on a wrap. Unfortunately my wrap was put on a roll (which I loathe!!) but overall it was tasty. I am rarely in the mood for an egg sandwich so when I want one, I want a good one!
Ordered an egg white, cheese and sausage sandwich over the phone. First, the person who took my order was friendly and told me the order would be ready in 10 mins, which it was. Parking is a bit on a pain because you have to park on busy Long Beach Rd., but that isn't their fault. The girl at the register was very nice too.
From what I was told the recently did some renovations and it looks really nice and clean on the inside and outside. Very pleasant!

For a local deli, this place is great! We've lived in the area for less than a week and have been here 4 times already. Sandwiches are excellent; service staff is nice and very helpful. Place is clean, shelves are stocked and prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Come here often, best Deli in the area. Try the The Big Spicy or The Star sandwiches.

I have gotten two different sandwiches from there and was not disappointed.

I was really bummed out that my contract ended in RVC because I can no longer frequent this place for it's amazing sandwiches. I got myself a "Rosie", my standard test run sandwich, and they slammed it out of the park!! Nice big hero, fresh veggies and cold cuts, great dressing and it didn't fall apart on one bite. So I figured I'd try another, the chicken cutlet with cheddar n bacon... another amazing sandwich!! It was so good that I went home thinking about it for the rest of the day lol.

By this point it's old news, but - Greystone's back, and thank goodness. Full-scale deli fare - heroes, wraps, paninis, even burgers. Got myself a Chaminade Flyer wrap - delicious. If I REALLY want Subway, it's two doors down, but really?
Go with Greystone, you won't be disappointed.
