As a former Long Islander, I ALWAYS make the stop at Bagelicious when I am back in town. I mean - you just have to!
This is exactly what you are looking for if you are seeking a LI bagel cafe. Tons of bagel and spread options, baked goods, sandwiches, you name it. The best part (to me) is the group of older men who meet here in the mornings for coffee and to hang out. They are just adorable and #goals.
My favorite is their poppy bagel with scallion cream cheese, but you really can't go wrong!

Bagelicious used to make the best bagels. We recently moved to another state and just were in NY for a visit and had to stop there for bagels. We learned that the business had been sold but the quality was still the same. Well, just finished having the first bagel and we couldn’t be more disappointed. It is nothing like we remember. The bagels are tough and chewy. Never again! What a waste of time and money.

The quality of food here is actually quite good. IF you actually get what you ordered. Too many times have I gotten home with my food only to realize that they either didn’t listen to a word I said when ordering or simply do not care. Personally I would be embarrassed to own or work for a business that does this on a consistent basis. I see from other reviews I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Delicious bagels! Lots of staff to take orders and keep lines moving. Probably should have examined the bagel options from the menu instead of going to the counter, as our shorter friends couldn't see over the counter and struggled with placing their order. We also purchased breakfast sandwiches which were almost all correct, but you might want to confirm if you order extras because they didn't customize my order. Oh well. Great coffee. Very clean location. Disappointed the women's room was out of order.

It's utterly pure ignorance to have only 2 staff members wearing a mask when there's about 12 people working here. No customers wearing mask, this place is COVID/Delta virus hotspot. Use super precaution walking into this business. They definitely do not care about the health of their employees nor the neighborhood. Oh, and their customer service went to crap, spend your earned money elsewhere.

I tried this place once and didn't like it, but I don't jump to Yelp because I had a bad experience. I showed to the barbershop a little early and figured I'd give them another shot while I waited, they didn't win me over. I don't like ketchup with my eggs and they did me dirty. Attached is my order and what I got. Disappointed... twice.

I love their bagels. My usual is an egg bagel with egg salad, small cole slaw and a regular coffee. They have so many different kinds of bagels it is often a hard choice.
They also have delicious breakfasts from pancakes to omelets. For lunch they have delicious salads such as chicken and tuna salads.

I believe in supporting local businesses for the good of the community. This business makes it very difficult to maintain that belief. Prices change at any given time. The breakfast sandwich combo with a small coffee should be $5.6x plus tax. To be told it was $6.90 is insulting. The price should not have exceeded $6.20. While $0.70 won't alter my lifestyle, it adds up over several times a month. There are other bagel shops in Levittown and Bellmore that would love new customers. Avoid Bagelicious and this nonsense. We deserve better.

This is a great spot to get a bagel in East Meadow hands down. It has always been my go to for quick breakfast for nearly 20 years. However, I koved out of New York and went back to visit family. I stopped in for breakfast and was quite surprised. The place was not packed as it used to be and the quality was significantly different. I was surprised at how high the prices were yet the quality of the food went down. I paid $28 for 3 bagles!!! It was a pretty big let down for something I was craving for a while. If you're looking for a regular bagel with cream cheese go for it but anything else, don

I still can't understand why this establishment would allow its staff to handle the register and make contact with every customers money then use the same gloves to make me a sandwich. I also witnessed other staff members carrying boxes, wiping down counters and using the same gloves to make other customers sandwiches. Then you wonder why so many people are getting sick. Shame on you Bagelicious!!!

And to get yourself a breakfast, when you're in the mood, you're going to pay a significant amount, but that's the nature of bagel store breakfast these days. Couple of eggs and some bacon and a bagel is going to cost you over eight dollars.
That said, when you do have a hankering for a treat in the morning, this place is a pretty good location to spend your money

Really can't recommend this spot for bagels. Just bought 2 bagel sandwiches and 2 drinks totaling $14.05.
I asked for a cheese bagel with tomato and mayo. I got a bagel which wasn't really fresh with 1 piece of cheese and tomato. My husband was smart enough to ask for extra cheese. He got 2 pieces of cheese instead of one. Really? That is the best they could do? For $14.05. We could have gotten 2 sandwiches from a deli for that or could have went to subway for a hero with fresh bread.
That is our last trip to Bagelicious. There are other options that will include more that 1 piece

Bagelicious is definitely a classic, bringing back great memories of the bagel shops I used to go to as a kid growing up on the South Shore of Long Island. The bagels are fresh out of the oven, with that combination is what makes a great bagel a great bagel - a nice crunch on the outside while soft on the inside. I treated myself to a lox and cream cheese this morning, on a nicely encrusted everything bagel with lots onion and garlic goodness perfectly complementing the fresh lox and cream cheese. You've got tons of coffee choices here as well - the coffee's really great and served piping
