Just finished Spain/Portugal trip for 16days with Zicasso-Spain unspoilt.I have travelled with Zicasso many times and have been thoroughly satisfied with their recommendations and service.They have chosen right local companies for us, Spain unspoilt was no exception. They did fantastic job in organizing and hotels election.Our guides and car services were superb .I would say the initial train travel from Barcelona to Marid could have used little more guidance as it was our first time, Elena was right,it turned out to be simple. Loved the trains!!Overall excellent trip,highly recommend both Zicasso

I have used Zicasso twice now for assistance with international travel. Once to Australia and New Zealand, and once to Greece. The travel agents they reccomend are very professtional, were a wealth of information, and will develop an itinerary for you based on what you want to do. They are particularly good helping you plan local transportation from place to place in international locations where I was not comfortable figuring this out on my own. I definitly plan to continue to use Zicasso in the future!

Zicasso provided us with a GREAT service to coordinate our recent family adventure to both Peru and Ecuador / Galapagos Islands. Not a single 'hiccup' throughout two weeks of continuous adventures. All accommodations were superb; with experiences ranging from having lunch with a local family in a the Sacred Valley to snorkeling with 15-20 sea lion pups.

Zicasso set us up with two travel agencies to help us with our 15 day trip to the Azores, Portugal. Both companies were responsive and offered great itineraries. The company we chose did a fantastic job. The tour guides were super nice, professional, and knowledgeable about the islands. The excursions were perfect. The two scuba dive operations we used were also great. And, each of the accommodations offered balconies and terraces overlooking the ocean! Get vaccinated and book a tour to the Azores using Zicasso's services!

The travel company they set me up with for my dream vacation to Spain last year , will not refund my deposit of 2500 . The trip was cancelled due to Covid . I know the tour operator was able to get most of my money refunded as trains were not operating and hotels said they refunded the money to him. When I called several Times and spoke with Zicasso they did nothing!! I even had traveler insurance ! Don’t use them !

I used Zicasso to help me coordinate a trip to Patagonia in Chile and Argentina. I quickly received communications from two local travel agents who were very helpful in providing information and designing an itinerary perfectly suited to our way of traveling. I chose one who was exceptional, efficient and reliable. We were extremely pleased with the chosen accommodations, tours and activities, and the personal care they provided. We would definitely use Zicasso again for our international travels!

This last trip in February/March to Spain, Portugal and Southern France was very well put together and they take all of your input into putting the entire itinerary together. When I was unable to find a tour to S. America and Patagonia that fit my desires, I turned to Zicasso and they found the solution to my needs. They provided two options and the one I selected turned out great. It allowed me to see those things that meant the most to me,and provided excellent photography opportunities, which was a top priority. Everything worked like clockwork, from the airport transfers, hotels, internal flights, and tours. We could not have been more satisfied.

My friend and I had booked a customized tour of Morocco for April this year. We were recommended to use Morocco Experience, paid the 30% deposit of over $1400 each, and also bought our flights already. The situation is now unsafe because of COVID-19 and Morocco has now banned incoming flights which means we can’t get there anyway. The tour company… insists that the deposit is non-refundable but if we pay the full amount they will allow us to book for the future before April, 2021. However, given the current stress as people who are at higher risk, we are not prepared to make any further

Wife and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary for 12 days in Croatia, This travel company was terrific in helping me set everything up for us with laying out a plan to travel the country. The trip spanning 12 days, covered everything we wanted to along with few recommendations made by our travel advisor. Zicasso connected me with a few companies that specialize in African safaris. I was very pleased with the one I chose and they took time to talk to me in order to find out what I wanted and then arranged a two-week safari in Tanzania and Kenya that could not have been better. We had a private guide most of the time and the tent camps were exceptional.
