Great personalized travel service. We've been booking trips with Family Travel for 5+ years to everywhere from Japan to Costa Rica to Australia to Alaska. Couldn't be happier. They have great activity ideas for all ages -- kids, adventurous twenty-somethings and even less mobile grandparents. I am picky about hotels and Kelly has always found us fabulous hotels that do not cost an arm & a leg. She's wonderful!

Kelly helped me plan my first 'big' trip with my 3 year old twin boys. We had done some short trips, but were ready to venture out. She listened to what I was looking for, what the boys would be ready for, as well as what my parents wanted. Kelly arranged a fantastic trip to Costa Rica over the December break for our family of 5 (parents, kids:10, 10, 18). She took in information about our interests and then recommended a two part trip with 1/2 our days in one region and the second in a coastal region. She was able to get us an amazing family suite in the most incredible resort, plus she arranged all the activities we requested. Most notably, when we noticed activites were scheduled too early in the mornings for our crew, she shifted the start times to later in the morning. Kelly helped plan our 25th-anniversary "dream of a lifetime" trip to Italy. She was very flexible in either planning the full customized itinerary or working around pre-arrange reward point accommodations. Our trip was perfect with all of the details from escorts to and from airports/train stations, accommodation selection (perfect boutique hotels), semi-private tours and recommended timing at each location. The main motivation was to see the key cities (Venice, Florence, Rome), but to also fulfill a bucket list item of the Amalfi Coast. We were very happy she steered us away from staying

Kelly put together a wonderful Club Med experience for my family of 15 in June at Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Our 7 grandchildren ranging in age from 10-20, had a great time from morning till night.
They had lots of activities to keep them busy, sailing, snorkeling, wind surfing, swimming, different classes even dancing in the evening.
Everyone from adults to youngsters could find something to do.
For a great experience, leave the leg work to Kelly & you will be happy with the outcome.

I called Kelly in March as a last ditch effort to plan a trip we had planned to Hawaii in mid-April! We just kept thinking we would get to doing the research ourselves and by March wondered if it was too late to book anything. Kelly was oustanding - quick to respond, made great suggestions and was incredibly patient and accomodating when we requested changes. Kelly booked us rooms and cars for a rather complicated itinerary and everything went exactly as planned. Rooms/resorts were actually better than expected - and in one case we got upgrades because of her! Highly recommend calling if you want
