I've used CK Auto for two repairs and a "B service" on my GLK 350, and I am super impressed! They do quality work at reasonable prices and they have an efficient shop with quick turnaround times. We have a one-car family and they were able to provide us with a loaner for this latest service, which I really appreciated.

While communicating from San Francisco to Santa Rosa, the dreadful “Check Engine” came on. I did a quick search, to find the top reviews on automotive repair, I was directed to Paul and his team.
I was able to drive up, discuss the issue, it was confirmed an hour later and repaired by 3pm.
True Customer Service oriented shop, and would recommend them for any preventive maintenance or for those “on the road” emergency repairs.

Victoria showed up with her sprinter van and left with more problems than she came in with. Had to get towed back to the shop on her own accord and they made no effort to make it right. Paul treated her with complete disrespect and made her feel very uncomfortable. Do not be fooled by pauls charisma, he will screw you over without blinking an eye.

Paul and the team really saved the day when our car broke down on the highway due to a broken belt on thanksgiving! Once the shop opened on the Monday after the holiday he called me right away and explained exactly what the cost would be and if anything additional came up (due to having to wait to put the new belt on and test the engine) he would call me right away. He added a new belt tensioner and belt all within the same day even though they were really busy due to the long weekend. It’s safe to say that I will be taking my car to his shop again and again. Can’t recommend CK auto exclusive

Paul and his staff are amazing!!! Not only did they check on my car last minute to make sure it was safe to drive he was honest. I have taken my Mercedes numerous times to the dealer they would charge for things unrelated. I will never trust Mercedes benz of Santa Rosa again. Paul and his amazing team found my issue that I have been battling for years and fixed the problem same day, because they actually know what they're doing. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Paul and his team at CK Auto are above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I wish I lived closer to be able to have them as my regular mechanic. While at a wedding in the Santa Rosa area my car suddenly wouldn't start, we tried to get a jump and it did nothing. So with no idea what the problem was we got the car towed to CK Auto and not only did they figure out the problem quickly but ordered the replacement parts and got us back on the road in impeccable time. Remember how business's used to be? Where you would pay someone to do something, and they would do it with no problems? I drop my van off here and it gets fixed and then I pick it up. That's all there is to it. No drama. No fuss. No more things broken than when I dropped it off. It's just a solid run business. I drive from 2.5 hours away because I couldn't find a reliable Mercedes mechanic in my area. Dealing with these guys is a breath of fresh air.

We took the van in for a routine servicing and it was done within two hours and at half the price that the dealership would have charged us. We’re so happy to have found an alternative who we trust. Maybe even the entire state of California.... he is honest, reasonable, a great guy, and best of all is very competent. It took my Mercedes-Benz to CK Auto Exclusive for 60,000-mile "B" service and for squeaky brakes. Paul was very good with explaining what was required for the "B" service and what was wrong with my brakes. I was in and out in the same day. He also provided a loaner car for me to drive while my car was being worked on. Now, my car drives smoother than before and there are no more squeaky brakes.

It is hard to believe any auto mechanic shop getting so many 5-star reviews, but wow, this place completely deserves it. If Yelp had separate categories for competence, customer-service, and price, Paul and his team would get 5 stars in all three categories. I live in Novato (35 minutes away) and I will never take my Mercedes anywhere else again.

I took in my car to the dealer for an oil change and was called to be told that my car needed a major repair however it had not been giving me any issues. I decided I needed a second opinion so I looked at Yelp and found CK Auto Exclusive. I immediately called them and they offered to take a look at my car and give me a second opinion. I took it in and they provided me with a second opinion and didnt charge me anything because dealer had already charged me. They were so patient and helpful and answered all my questions. I definitely know I will continue to take my car there from now on when needed

After my Original SL years ago I tried Jaguar, BMW, even Ferrari, and I'm back home with Paul and CK with a new SL. This is my go to shop for Mercedes. Paul knows what he's doing, is fairly priced, and always beats the dealer on time. I only go to the local dealer for recall warrantee issues, CK handles the stuff I pay for. A loaner to get me home and back and quick accurate communication about what needs to be done and costs. It rarely takes more than the day to finish. It doesn't get better than this.

My first time here after some researching and recommendations from friends . Met Paul the owner and he is super friendly and nice! He let me waited in his office when it's raining outside, he later offered to drive me to Cash & Carry where I will be meeting my mom. After couple hours my car was done and in great condition! Price is reasonable too Will definitely be back and will highly recommend any one who owns a Mercedes

I couldn't be more happy with my service here. I brought in a 2006 Sprinter van for a tune-up and some other random adjustment/repairs. Paul Duckworth was friendly and helpful. I don't know anything about cars and he did a great job of explaining everything. I will definitely return and solidly recommend.
