In 2005, Ron Larsen took his passion for cars and 30 years of automotive experience and opened Larsen Auto Care. He started the full-service shop with a simple idea: Provide quality work in a timely manner and first-time customers will become repeat customers. Ron is a certified ASE Master Technician with more than 30 years of mechanic experience at dealerships and independent shops. For about two decades, Ron was a Volvo specialist. For years now he has worked on all makes and models, always staying current with the latest technology and techniques.

I was referred to Larsen's by my retired former mechanic. Turned out to be an excellent, and much appreciated, referral. Had to get my A/C serviced on my Honda Pilot and I took it to Larsen. This was my first time taking my vehicle there and was very impressed. They gave me a fair quote and their service was amazing. They diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond. More importantly, they were very honest and the cost was the same/ less than the initial quote. I will continue to take all my vehicles to Larsen for all my mechanical needs. If you need a honest and fair mechanic shop, I highly recommend Larsen.

2019 Update: My car and I still go to Larsen's. In fact, I bought my current car from Larsen's. We mostly go in for routine servicing. When things come up outside of regular servicing, the folks here are still friendly and helpful, doing the work that needs to be done without trying to upsell you.
Through the years, other independent mechanics have retired, with many of them referring their customers to Larsen's. As a result, it may take a little longer to get an appointment to get your car in, but the service and the people make it worth the wait.

I'm a new customer to Larsen Auto Care - today I picked my car up after being worked on for the second time in about four months. I can honestly say that I am blown away. For sure, they are professional, courteous and friendly when you come through the door. But more than these essential attributes to a great business, they go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. Phenomenal company. Honest, accommodating and affordable. As a 27 year old woman that knows nothing about cars, I will always take my car to them bc I know they aren't going to take advantage of my car-stupidity.

Larsen's is my whole family's go-to auto care shop. We've been going here for years and for a good reason: they are fantastic. Ron is kind and welcoming yet straight to the point and efficient.
I took my car in for a diagnostic test and he let me know I needed new breaks, a new radiator and new suspensions. As I was preparing to leave the country in a few short days and he said I could wait until I returned to get those necessary fixes. These guys are awesome!!! Small town attentiveness ! They actually care about doing a good job on your vehicle! I brought my corvette in because it was making a noise and they got me in right away ! Top notch service, very friendly staff:) I would recommend them for any basic auto needs! I get my oil changed here too

I just took our 2nd car here. The main purpose was for a smog check, I gave it to Larsen to take care of since usually there is some fixing associated with this event. Larsen took it to the neighboring smog check station and it passed with no additional work needed. When I came to pick up the car, I was expecting to owe Larsen something, but they said "Just pay the Smog Center". They will be the next place I take my cars to be fixed. I am liking this Auto Care Place !

An honest mechanic can be hard to find but my experience with Larsen's was fabulous. These guys will give it to you straight. They really helped me in a pinch, even giving me a loaner car while they worked on my car. I recommend them for auto mechanical needs and I would definitely bring my vehicle back to them.

As a first time customer, highly recommended by my mechanic who retired, I took my daughter's car to Ron for diagnosis. He was quick to keep me from jumping towards an unnecessary replacement of a fuel pump which I was thinking of doing myself. Good thing I didn't, it was ignition control module instead. During examination of the vehicle, Ron informed me two heater hoses were old and in need of replacement. I authorized replacement of the heater hoses as well and during the repairs, a hose connection to the intake manifold was broken. After discussing the diagnosis with Ron and being

First Time customer. Referred by another shop. They took me in immediately and ordered parts from Napa right away. Drove out 2.5 hours later. Very clean, organized and well kept service center. Professional and pleasant staff. They even let me wait in their nice waiting room with my dog and offered biscuits for her.

I took my Mini here for a check engine light. The gave me the codes correctly and told me it was my fuel pump. Rather than charge me $2000 to fix it, they told me to call the dealership as it could still have been under warranty. Apparently this is a common problem with Mini. Sure enough, it was still under warranty (7yrs for fuel pump) and saved a big chunk of cash! They did not even charge my for the diagnosis. Very friendly and helpful guys!
