Positive: Quality
Everyone has been so wonderful to our beloved Gabbie Doodle. The love and care we received when we had to put our pet of 17 years to sleep was remarkable. When we are ready for a new pet, we will return to this group of wonderful, caring people.

I have been coming to this clinic since 1987. It has only had 2 vets in my time there. The vets were and are very knowledgeable and not afraid to say I don't know. They did and do try to get the answers. The staff is great, some working there almost as long as I've been coming. It carries a full line of products for pets. I board my dogs here too. I highly recommend this clinic.

Previous to Dr. Stone, my dog was manhandled by her former vet. However, Nala loves Dr. Stone and all the staff. She had to be boarded for two days because of an illness. When I went to pick her up, she was just as happy and full of life as she could be. No signs of kennel problems or containment. Since it's been a while since I've had a dog, Dr. Stone's staff patiently answers all my questions and addresses my concern. They are knowledgeable and caring about all animals. Love, love, love Dr. Stone and her staff.

Wish I could give them lower on this. My mom's dog developed a back problem on Sunday. She called them Monday for an appointment. Fastest she could get in is Wednesday. The receptionist said the dog would be okay, even though he wasn't eating or drinking. Thank God we went somewhere else. We were blessed to go to the clinic in Buffalo. The poor child's bladder was completely full and he could not void odds are his bladder would have burst if we would have waited till Wednesday. I guess what really bothers me about Dr. Stones clinic is they would have had compassion they would have recommended to
