The Farm is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains just outside of vibrant and artistic Asheville, NC. We host stunning weddings year-round. Our facilities are versatile and accommodating, designed to embrace the mountain views as well as the change of seasons. The Farm blends rustic elegance and southern charm so seamlessly your guests will ask, "How did you ever find this place?"
The Farm's extensive inventory of service and decorative items (see Farm Decor Inventory List for details). We have a beautiful outdoor gazebo frequently used for wedding ceremonies. While we'll do our best to make your outdoor wedding a reality, sometimes the weather just won't cooperate. With a little advanced planning, adjusting for inclement weather will be a breeze.

We're located just 10 miles outside of town, making The Farm, the perfect Asheville event venue for corporate events, family gatherings, or holiday celebrations. We believe that we have been successful when you can sit back and enjoy your own event.
For the past month, we've been delivering fresh meals from The Farm Kitchen to 3 neighborhoods: Biltmore Lake, W. Asheville and Candler. While we've enjoyed providing this service IMMENSELY, we will be ramping down deliveries over the next few days. We will, of course, honor all orders received so far and - if you love Chef Mike's lasagne like we do - you're welcome to slip in one last order (or two).
Join Chef Mike for an attentive, hands-on cooking experience. Regardless of your skill level, we are confident you will leave with new tips and tricks to use in your home kitchen. Classes are limited to just 12 students to maximize one-on-one attention. The best part? Students get to enjoy the fruits of their labor and we promise, you won't go away hungry!

After only looking at a few venues online, I knew The Farm was my favorite and where I wanted to get married at. My fiancé and I toured the venue and were both super blown away by the professionalism and how accommodating they were to literally anything you could want. By the time we left, we were absolutely sold. Our wedding was December 4th and thanks to the Farm and their staff, it was absolutely perfect. Shannon, our day of coordinator, was amazing! She was so helpful and made sure everything went well. It was a huge relief to not have to coordinate anything myself or have friends/family doing

I was the photographer for the Wilks-Glicksberg wedding and was blown away by this venue. Shannon, the event coordinator, was so patient, so focused on the bride and groom, and so organized. She was truly a gift! The food was great, the staff was professional and efficient, and the venue is so incredibly beautiful, with so many amazing spots to explore and enjoy. I hope that I have the privilege to work with this team again! Thank you guys for all your help.

We had to cancel our original wedding in April 2020, and we are so glad that all of the staff at The Farm was there to get us through the pandemic "re-planning." Everyone on staff is excellent, and our wedding day was so fun! Not once did we have to worry about logistics...they had it all under control. Highly recommend this beautiful venue!!!

I attended a long-time friend's wedding at the Farm yesterday evening, and there is really no other word to describe it but perfect.
The venue itself is lovely. Nestled in the woods with beautiful stables on one side and cabins on the other, the space is perfect for an intimate, relaxing gathering. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, always on hand to provide hors d'oeuvres, drinks, or anything else we needed. Went to a wedding recently of dear friend's son. The venue was really pretty and true to it's name young colts and horses came over to the fence to be petted. The ceremony was outside and even though it was a fairly warm day, it felt comfortable to in the early evening as there were large trees in the near background which kept us shaded. Both the drinks and meal were delicious! Their sound system in perfect working order and the staff seemed very accommodating!

We got married at the farm 11/18/17, and if I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing! We came in from St Louis, so clearly planning the wedding was a bit challenging. I didn't know anything about any wedding related services, and I wasn't able to check anything out before committing to it. A lot of my experience here is going to be different from yours, as we had a special collaborative event between The Farm & and an outside vendor, but I'll share what I can about The Farm itself.
1. The cabins are what make this place. If you're having a wedding and you have a big family or lots of out of town friends coming. WOW. What a fantastic way to keep them all together and having fun! There are 7 cabins on the property ranging from a beautiful log cabin with a king size bed and a whirlpool bath to a huge recently built house that can sleep 8 or more. My family and friends

If I could give the Farm 100 stars, I would. They exceeded our expectations! We initially loved the venue because of its organic, laid back feel and the fact that there were cabins on site for family to stay on was a huge bonus. Once we started working with Kirin and Chef Mike, we were even more happy with our pick. Kirin was fantastic. I cannot say nice enough things about her. She truly cares about our desires, she is a go-getter and very detail oriented. We could not have done it without her. She coordinated with all the vendors, made suggestions about layouts and really made the whole process

My husband and I knew from the second we arrived at the venue, it was the place we wanted to tie the knot. Visually, it does not get much more perfect than The Farm. Our coordinator, Kirin, was a rock star and had everything running smoothly and was extremely responsive from the beginning to the end. The staff was always extremely helpful any time I had questions leading up to our wedding. They were patient with us as we visited several times to show family and discuss how everything was going to be set up on the day of. On the day of the venue looked amazing and if something went wrong I had no idea about it. The staff were attentive and got everything done on time. The day was perfect! Just wonderful! This place is so beautiful. You are close to the town but would never know it! Beautiful rooms and the chef, chef Mike is so talented. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. You really get to know the owners and the other guests. There are 3 horses and a super sweet friendly donkey named Francis. The food is AMAZING! I would say the experience is very interactive and personal. You can tell that the Goodfrieds really care about you enjoying your stay. I strongly recommend staying here and they have a BEAUTIFUL wedding venue. Just spectacular. Couldn't give this place enough

My daughter, mother, and I went here for their Culinary Escape Weekend. We stayed in the Firefly cottage. The cottage was much more than I was expecting... beautifully furnished and decorated.
The food was impressive and delicious, and the staff very cordial. This place is a perfect getaway for couples or groups of friends.

Booked the platinum package: rehearsal, wedding and brunch and everything was perfect! Everyone was so helpful and nice prior to wedding. Bev even checked in on wedding day! Just wish Andrea or Kirin checked in prior to the events starting to see if everything from the Farm was set up as we wanted. Overall everything was beautiful though!

My adult son and I spent Thanksgiving in the Hickory Cabin and had a blast.
The exterior looks like a mountain cabin, but the interiors are modern and well-equipped with Wi-fi, satellite TV, a huge modern bath with whirlpool and very comfortable furniture.
The fabulous restaurant scene in Asheville is about twenty minutes away, so we enjoyed Salza, White Duck Taco, Rocky's Hot Chicken, Universal Joint and other's, including an excellent Thanksgiving dinner at Pack's Tavern.
There are a couple of things you should be aware of, though, that didn't bother us but might not
