We are Dr. Julia Mason and Dr. Janet McCaffrey, co-owners of New Life Chiropractic. We are great friends and remarkably compatible business partners. Barbara tailors her massages towards the individual needs of each client by using multiple modalities to achieve the best results. She specializes in pre & post natal, Swedish, hot stone, CBD, acupressure, cranial sacral therapy, and trigger point therapy. Barbara believes in the body's ability to heal itself and that massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body.
Cold Laser speeds up the metabolic process, stimulates cellular activity and restores balance in your body. It is primarily used for reduction of pain and inflammation and does a great job helping to repair painful and dysfunctional areas of injury. Basically, it helps you heal faster without drugs, side effects or the necessity for surgery.

First I came to New Life Chiropractic because I have shoulder pain and numbness on my fingers, Docter Janet McCarrty and the team took Good care of me very profesional . X-rays were taken and at the same day Docter Janet McCarrty explained the result right away and explained to me some suggestions, I got some adjustments, and after couple of weeks I fell much better, the pain was gone, My condition has greatly improved . This place is amazing!!! I have been a customer for over 15 years. The doctors know their spines very well. One of them has even taught in Chiropractic school. They are friendly, efficient and offer other related services like massage. I have received some of the best massages ever from their massage therapists. The front office reception is also an amiable, fantastic team. The office itself is beautiful and has a parking lot. Highly recommend!!!

Even though I have not seen Janet or Julia for about 7 months, I know that when I need to be seen again, I will be able to get an appointment to fit my schedule. I've been a patient of New Life for 7 years now. I first met Julia when I was 2 weeks postpartum with my first. She saved my back and my arm/shoulder from so much pain that nursing brought me. She also treated my newborn then infant (for congestion and ear infections). She is extremely gentle, knowledgeable and approachable. Over the years and another baby, I've seen both Julia and Janet. Both are equally lovely. I've also had massages there with multiple therapists and they've all been wonderful! I can't recommend this practice enough!

They are the absolute best!! I was suffering with low back pain for months. My MD just gave me muscle relaxers and recommended ibuprofen. That was NOT working. I went to see New Life Chiropractic on a recommendation , they did an exam and took X-rays. They showed me my spine & what was actually causing my back pain. After a couple adjustments my back was so much better!!! I needed to go often in the beginning so the problem could actually be corrected not just medicated. New Life Chiropractic has fantastic full service chiropractic care. Dr Mason and Dr McCaffrey take the time to get to know their patients and spend quality time making sure to understand the issues to best resolve them. I have gushed them for years. They do not accept my insurance currently however I’d rather pay for their services than find another provider in my network, that is how much I value their care. The service from the front office is also personalized and top notch as well. You are in great hands with New Life!

I have been seeing Dr. Mason for a couple years, and I can’t imagine not coming here. I come for maintenance, and have noticed a decrease in headaches since I started receiving regular chiropractic work. I always leave relaxed and in a better mood than when I started.
The staff are all very friendly and welcoming (Jonna at the front desk, the massage therapists, etc) that I almost feel like we’re all friends.

This place is the best!! The front desk staff is very welcoming! I have weekly adjustments, but if necessary, Jonna always finds a way to squeeze me if I tweak something during a workout and need an adjustment. The doctors are very knowledgeable! I’ve seen both doctors and they take the time to adjust you while explaining what they’re doing. I always leave there feeling great both mentally & physically!

These ladies are absolutely phenomenal. Any neck and back issues I already had were exasperated when we were forced to work remotely during COVID. On the recommendation of a friend I made an appointment and they were able to get me right in. After just one visit things were better but continued on an agreed plan of continued body work which literally changed my life. No more back pain which was such a relief. I've been going to New Life Chiropractic for over a year now and have experienced a notable increased mobility in my neck and back. It is my first time going to a chiropractor and given my starting condition as evidenced by the x-rays I was surprised by how much progress was made in just a few months. My weekly adjustments keep me feeling great and I notice a difference if I have to miss a session. If I could give New Life 100 stars I would. Unfortunately we have to deal with 5. But sadly I'm a little heart broken that I won't be seeing this fantastic group anymore (since I'm moving). I have been seeing the doctors at New Life for over a year now. I always thought that chiropractors just worked on backs so I never even thought about seeing one. But running half marathons and constant workouts started to take a toll on my body. Dr. Rosie Quiroz is fantastic. I have been with Dr. Rosie Quiroz in New Life Chiropractic for about 2-3 months now. She came across as both professional and caring. I truly enjoyed her treatment. She is very patient and knowledgeable. I got so many great advice from her. My neck is definitely getting better. Now she is treating my low back. I cannot wait to see the results.

Dr. Quiroz has helped me so much! As a rugby athlete she always made sure I was in good shape before every game and I know that's why I didn't get injured very often. I also noticed I didn't get sick with colds as often. I love everything about the office and you won't find anyone who pays better attention to all aspects of health than Dr. Rosie.
