We've been delivering quality chiropractic care to the communities along the San Francisco peninsula since 2002. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold. We're committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination.
Dr. Nicole Watson is a fourth generation San Francisco native that started her chiropractic journey as a chiropractic assistant in Belmont at the age of 16 years old. After seeing all of the amazing miracles of chiropractic she knew that she wanted to be a part of something much bigger than herself.
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.
If you've ever gone to a social event where you didn't know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel. Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home. Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it's important that our relationship can go the distance.
New patients often remark how "homey" our practice is. That's good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding. So, make yourself at home! You'll find plenty of convenient parking and well-lit parking. You'll be greeted by name when you enter our practice and given a short tour to get you acquainted with our facilities.

Dr David Nicols treats me for full adjustments and tension relief. I can only praise the level of knowledge this Dr has. He’s very knowledgeable and explains every step he does along the way.
Chris at front desk is always polite and welcoming. Overall this practice is run in a professional manner and is no way over priced compared to neighbouring chiropractic services. I highly recommend this clinic.

I Love Dr. Nicole! Her family atmosphere practice is very welcoming, so much so, I have my three children see her as well (ages: 8, 11, and 19). Our whole family enjoys seeing her and the friendly staff. We all feel tremendously better after our visits. When we first met, she spent a great deal of time explaining procedures, explaining preventive care, and always, always makes time for us. She is great with the kids as well. Hello, I've to Belmont Advanced Chiropractic for two weeks now and Dr. Nicole Watson has been great in helping me with my issues...which I should have dealt with long ago. She as been so helpful and continues to keep me focused on taking care of me even at my age there is still hope (I'm 50 yrs young and need to get back on track...too young).
