A little bit about us. Little Britches Academy has been based in Oak Harbor since 1995. Our goal is to academically, socially, and emotionally prepare children for kindergarten. Children are offered hands on opportunities to explore & experiment with language, art, science, math as well as proper classroom manners to ease their integration into the mainstream of the public school system.
We work on improving motor skills, problem solving and social interactions. In addition the greatest gift is all the fun we have and the friendships we create along the way.

Services
Preschool students are ages 3-5 years old and must be fully potty trained and independent in the restroom. Registration starts in February and is limited to availability. Our am class runs 8:25-11:30 am and our pm class is from 12-3:05 pm. Sorry, we do not offer any additional childcare at this facility.
We are an academic based program with an emphasis on early childhood learning and development as well as Kindergarten readiness. We work on the basic colors, basic shapes, numbers 1-30, as well as the months and days of the week in both English and Spanish. We provide activities and opportunities to express creativity, and promote social, physical, and language building skills to aid with self-esteem and enthusiasm for learning.
