This is a company that knows how to get it right even when everything doesn't work out as planned. Thank you for your taking the time to care enough to provide great customer service and service recovery. I use Cabs Plus to get to and from the airport - yes, call ahead before you board your plane to Tampa and provide your flight info and they'll be waiting to pick you up at TPA - it's awesome and knowing you have a clean car, friendly, competent driver, and a great price waiting for you rocks!!!

Wow what a find!! Went to Tampa for Laser spine surgery, Cab Plus was like my personal driver!! One call and they were there for me. I used them for 2 weeks and not only saved money over rental, parking, & valet, but door to door service was perfect. If you rent a car, pay for valet & parking, drive under medication or cocktails your a fool. Cab Plus is the Best!!

I found Cab Plus late last year and I have been so happy with the service. The drivers are very nice, reliable, and the cars are super clean. When you book, you get a text message from the dispatcher telling you that the Chauffeur is en route, and you are given the Chauffeur's telephone number in case you need to reach them. I love this system. The day before I left Tampa, the Chauffeur of the car I booked to pick me up called me while en route and said he had to return to the airport because a client left her cell phone in his car, and would I mind if he sent someone else. I've used cabs a few times. It WAS my preferred ride to the airport. The last two times were unpleasant. I appreciated their promptness however they need new vehicles. The first car smelled like a bar full of smokers. The second smelled like musty gym locker room. If I had a flexible time schedule I would have told both them to take me back home and I will use an alternate service.

I've been using Cabs Plus for years - they used to be a great service. Cars were clean, drivers were professional and it was worth the extra. Called today for an airport run...unfortunately the service has deteriorated significantly. The cab was grubby and the driver looked like he'd slept in his clothes. The cab smelled really badly of cigarette smoke ... and he went out of his way to drive up Dale Mabry in rush hour traffic! Even when I suggested an alternate route he insisted Dale Mabry was the best option - and anyone who lives in Tampa knows that Dale Mabry is never the best

After a harrowing experience with Tampa's yellow taxi service I knew I'd rather walk my butt to the airport than do that again. It was last minute but I needed to get picked up from the Aloft hotel I was staying at early in the a.m. for my flight back to Chicago. If I had seen the bad reviews on yelp I probably wouldn't have called this company, but Google had given them a much higher rating so I took a chance and I'm so happy I did. I called Cab Plus to schedule an airport ride the night prior to my departure. While arranging my 5am pickup I mentioned that I would be traveling with skis and confirmed with the scheduler that it would not be a problem.

Worst cab ever!
I'm a frequent flyer and take a cab twice a week to and from the airport. I read good reviews about Cab Plus and booked a cab for early Monday morning (5 AM). These guys call me up at 1 AM on Sunday night to confirm the reservation (Yes, they except me to be awake). I did not answer the call (Oh pardon me, some of us do sleep).
It gets better - I call up at 4:45 AM to confirm that a cab guy is picking me up. The lady on the call tells me - " I called you up last night, you told me point blank that you did not make a reservation and that you had no idea what I was talkin

At first I thought I got a great deal so I asked for the same driver for the 2nd time I needed a ride. I found out that he took an extra long way to a destination and way over charged me. I had no idea since I wasn't a part of the state, let alone the area. I found this out when I had called another taxi service. I should have checked Yelp, but these people were originally used from my hotel. I think someone got a kick back. Live and learn.

We were supposed to be picked up for the airport. They didn't show up. When we called, they said that five cabs had broken down and that they were going to send another taxi company, which they did not do. Finally, 15 minutes after they were supposed to have arrived, we just took our car to the airport ourselves. This is not the first time they had failed to show up. We will not be using them again.

Their professionalism and kindness is a treat! I flew in to TPA with my 6 month old daughter at 11:30pm and my driver,Ahmed, eased any concern I had about traveling on my own with her. Communicated via text when I landed, helped with luggage and carseat, clean and comfortable cab and great conversation to boot. Thank you Cab Plus.

I was in the Tampa area and was happy to know that there was a local cab service that would be able to help me out. I called ahead and asked them if there would be any issues with picking me up late at night from my hotel. They said no problem just call them up. When I actually went to call them at 3am they said the wait would be 1 hour. After a while they called back and just said they wouldn't be able to make it.

These guys are pros.
They take credit without a hassle.
Their cars are always clean with leather interior.
Their prices are around the same prices as taxis...in fact you can catch them around town in a similar fashion to a typical yellow cab...i.e. $5 rides.
Or you can use them for airport transfers or dinner reservations. It is a lot cheaper than a town car service and just as nice.
Or who knows? You may have a soft spot for vinyl seats with a tinge of vomit.
