Driver automatically added gratuity of 20% and did not inform me. I added another 20% to total presented. When a gratuity is automatically added, driver should inform of same. They then email receipt after driver already gone. He knew what he was doing. Be sure to check with driver before adding tip.

Terrible...I will stick to Uber. Need it at 5 am to take me to airport no one answered, then when they did responded told me waiting time was 2 hours, so I called Uber and 5 mins later I was on my way to airport . Coming back try to get a taxi from the airport and because it was not a long ride, he told me to call uber!!!! So I did.
