Overall the place was okay. We spent 5 days for our honeymoon here. We loved the privacy of the cabin and having a hot tub. We also enjoyed being able to cook or go out to eat for meals. But what we didn't appreciate was that when we arrived the stove timer was making a loud noise, we tried turning it off but couldn't. Reached out to maintenance and they suggested to unplug the stove and so we figured they would be out the next day since we arrived late but we were there 5 days and no one showed or reached out again. Also there was dust everywhere in the cabin, on the walls, the ceiling fan, the

Great time at RV site #3. Full hook up was great, big sites as advertised, and easy online booking. We were lucky to be there the same time as three other quiet campers which is hard to find in Ohio. We’ve camped a lot and it’s nice to find a quiet spot. Had two great nights of stargazing right from our site. Cell coverage with Verizon was non existent FYI.

Just to set the stage with some details on us. 30 year old married couple celebrating our anniversary. We rented nature's paradise for the weekend. A few surprises I wish I knew before hand. Zero cell phone reception. This is my fault as i have stayed in Hocking hills and no it is spotty but I have Verizon but it made listening to music very difficult. Download playlists for offline listening if that is something you are looking for. Ok so as for the surprises.
1. It's worth noting the "onsite" fishing pond is a 15 minute walk from nature's paradise. The advertisement was a little deceptive and

We stayed at one of the RV sites. We loved it! Level gravel site, lots of space between us and the next one. Beautiful setting and close to all of the Hocking Hills places of interest.

We have stayed at a cabin at High Rock Hideaways twice and have had great experiences both times! The cabin was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we could have wanted-- fully equipped kitchen, propane grill, air conditioning, water and electricity, and even a hot tub. We also really enjoyed hiking on the private trails on the property, which have been a welcome relief when some of the Hocking Hills parks are crowded. The property owners are friendly and easy to communicate with. Also, we were even allowed to bring our dog! We are looking forward to going back to High Rock Hideaways again

We had a lovely time at the Nature's Paradise cabin. The cabins are a bit off the main highway so it was quiet and peaceful. The cabin is very small (only one room other than the bathroom) but that was perfect as there were only two of us. The hot tub was nice and the view was beautiful. We couldn't find any good pictures of the inside of the cabin before booking so weren't sure what to expect - I included some photos here for anyone else who may be interested in the future. Check-in was easy and contactless, and the place was clean and welcoming!

We just got back from a 3 night stay with High Rock Hideaways and was very pleased. I was scared from a previous review about bed bugs which was all over the internet, but it seemed like all the reviews were all from the same people/couple. Absolutely no bed bugs and we actually ended up staying in two different cabins because we decided that we wanted to stay an extra night and we were lucky enough to find they had a cabin open. I'm not a professional exterminator, but I do know how to look for bed bugs and found zero evidence of them. In fact, there were very few bugs or insects in the cabin

We had a GREAT time at High Rock Hideaways! Our favorite part was that there are only 4 RV spots so it did not feel very crowded. Cindy was fantastic and went way out of her way to make sure we had a good time. She was a sweet heart and am very grateful for her. The grounds were fantastic and we even made the 12mile hike to see old man cave... its definitely do-able if anyone is curious. It took our group of 6 about 6 hours to get there and back.
Looking forward to staying here again!

First time to hocking hills and after staying at this awesome campground that also has the cutest cabins also available I will definitely be coming back. The campground also has their own set of trails that are just as pretty as the main trails at hocking hills parks. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They offer free firewood for campers. Campsites are nice and shaded. It was just beautiful. Love 💗
We will be back!!!!
